Finally, the power of modern technology is available to Freemasons. Use Amity to find Lodges anywhere in the world; check your membership status in real time; log your attendance at Lodge; and more.
Version 3 of the Amity app includes:
FIND MASONIC BODIES... ANYWHERE
Search by name, by location, or just look at the map wherever you happen to be. When you find a Lodge or Appendant Body, you can:
• See when it meets and check your recognition status
• View the Lodge's website and social media accounts
• Get directions using your favorite mapping tool
• See photos and other information
• Send them a message
Best of all... if details are missing, and the Lodge is in your Grand Lodge, you can now update the data to give others a better experience!

CHECK YOUR MEMBERSHIP STATUS
Amity launched the first global, real-time status checker in 2018, and King Solomon's Pass is still the standard in Grand Lodges around the world. Now, in Amity v3, it's built right into the app! You can:
• Show your QR code to another Mason for scanning
• Scan someone else's QR code to launch their Pass
• View your own pass and confirm your information
• Launch recognition status right from another Mason's Pass
Verifying your recognition status with another Mason has never been easier... no books necessary! Amity works in over 100 Grand Lodges around the world, and more are on the way.
CHECK IN TO LODGE
Amity's Masonic Passport lets you keep a record of your visits to any Lodge in the world. For each entry you can take notes to remind yourself of what happened, or launch the Lodge's profile to get more information. New in Amity v3: scan your Lodge's QR code to launch its profile and check in with just one tap!
VIEW STATISTICS
Amity v3 introduces statistics about the Craft, including information about Amity as well as groundbreaking information such as the number of active Lodges on each continent. Do you have a suggestion for a chart to add? Let us know!

The Masonic Service Association's "Short Talk Bulletin" is one of Freemasonry's most famous publications. It's been published for almost 100 years, and Amity has partnered with the MSA to bring you a free, rotating version of the Short Talk Bulletin. We've also made direct links to the Short Talk Bulletin Podcast, so you can hear them live!
MANAGE YOUR LODGE'S DATA
For Brothers with Lodge Admin -- or Grand Lodge Admin -- permissions, Amity allows you to create and view meetings; send yourself attendance rosters; see user profiles, and more. And now, in Amity v3, you can send Summonses to any member of your Lodge that is registered with Amity!
Grand Lodge Admins also have access to Amity's Administrative Portal, where additional statistics are available and recognition status can be updated in real time.
App permissions
Amity 3.16.1 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to perform I/O operations over NFC.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.
Allows an application to write the user's calendar data.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

5 ★ Fantastic app. Made finding and visiting a lodge while traveling a breeze!! I only wish it was universal... hopefully in time!
3 ★ While this app is very convenient on the mobile phone, it does have its issues. First, the app keeps crashing and refuses to open. Second, communication about receiving Lodge dues payments is sparse. Still haven't received money paid through the app in June 2023. So frustrating.
1 ★ It was working, but the latest update causes the app to crash upon opening.
5 ★ Having issues downloading and installing the app on my new phone. For some reason the app did not transfer over from my old Android phone to my new one and now that I try to download it I get notified it requires access to location and a couple other things which I accept, but nothing happens. Thanks for the quick response brethren!
5 ★ I am a huge fan of this app and what it is attempting to accomplish. It is a bit of a race to see if Amity or OLP is going to take the lead in the inclusion of the appendant bodies. The back button often fails to do anything. If searching and the search is taking 30+ seconds I rethink my need for the information and try to back out, but nothing happens when I hit back. I wish there was a way to send out invitations to Brothers to join.
4 ★ App is great. It is a great help to find a lodge when in another city. I think adding filter for meetings by date would be great. I don't need to use amity when in my city to visit another lodge. And when visiting one out of station I have to search through several, several results to find if any meet in the time or day that works for me.
1 ★ I couldn't get it to work for me. I had hoped it would help with visiting Lodges and contacting the Brethren I was never able to register. I'd sent emails through the app concerning this. I don't think I ever got past setting a password. I was able to enter my info including GLoTx member number.
4 ★ Great concept. This really needs to improve as it looks like this will be the only centralized repository soon. Extremely buggy. Finger slipped (meant to be 3)... Thanks for the update and reaching out offline. I'm replying back with screenshots and log info.

5 ★ I love this app, all works in progress will have bugs, but these guys address them quickly. I love being able to see Lodge photos, checking in to events, and seeing upcoming meetings.
1 ★ Installed this months ago and it worked fine. Now that I'm traveling and need it, it won't open. Uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing. Now that we don't have Lodge cards guess I won't be visiting. Very disappointing.
5 ★ Nice work Dev Team! App looks promising for use by our lodge. Looking forward to when version 3.4 is released for a few big fixes. Edit 4.12.2022 Bugs squashed and things seems to be working well!
5 ★ If you are a traveling man, this app is awesome! It makes finding information about lodges easy and convenient.
1 ★ This is app is only good when using a smart phone. It is lousy when it comes to using it on a laptop. It should be able to be used with both devices. It is also to hard for Lodge members to update their profiles. There should be and could be a much easier way to do that.
