Intermediate stopped position
1. + 12 / -12 / + 1 / -1: In response to the limited mobile device interface, so the design of this button, when pressed will rise / fall / octave / semitone.
(If the original pitch for the C5, press +12 original position becomes C6, press the -12 position had become C4)
