1 ★ Terrible!!!!! I go to my email to retrive the authentcation code the app sent me for the final step of creating my profile and then go straight back to the app and the authentcation code screen is gone!!! I have tried everything i know to do and nothing works! I only have one email so i cant just create another profile on the app. It tells me my credentials are wrong everytime i try to sign into the app! I try to reset my password and it says it sent me an email to reset it but no email anywhere
2 ★ I would like to start off by saying I like the idea behind the app for users that watch their videos (which btw they profit off of) and want to support coolkicks. However I don't like the idea behind having to pay $20 monthly just to have an opportunity to potentially buy their products especially when your chances are low when it comes to waiting & seeing something you like in your size & actually buying. Struck out in 2 drops wouldn't be worth $20.
1 ★ Expected more after watching countless videos. Not worth getting. Its only drops every x number of hours. Plus gotta pay 20$ a month to be a member. Rather just save up those $20 every moth and buy a shoe instead.
5 ★ Love the app, will buy some heat soon. I have been subscribed and enjoy the content coolkicks makes. App is very functional, than the first time the app was dropped, so happy the app was brought back

Get real, the drops already have a very small chance for anyone out there, you're telling me, that for 20 dollars a month I get a chance to have the same low chances? 😂🤣 I can't even see the storefront without signing up, your app goes from login to subscribe. You're trying to sell an opportunity that we all already have, that's deceiving.
5 ★ The app is great and has great deals. Also all these idiots saying that everything is sold out, that is how it is supposed to be just like everywhere else. You have to put in effort to get good deals.
2 ★ I have not received any notifications of any of the drops at all! Missed a chance on the Off White 5's & Jubilee's because I'm not even getting notifications when these shock drops come. Please fix.
1 ★ App is junk, huge rip off I cancelled my membership and the charge was still placed in my account. C'ant buy anything from here at all except for their thrash merch. Don't bother!!!!
5 ★ Amazing app and not to mention all the deals you find on the drops and amazing in store experience as well. Highly recommend and check out their YouTube channel.
1 ★ Spend $20 for nothing I can't even get anything everytime they drop because someone else already got it and I always wait till the last second when they drop and still get nothing.
5 ★ Love it because has very good quality items and it has good prices for its items, but wish one day I can shop in-person at CoolKicks, hopefully Winter Break I can come and shop

1 ★ The $20 monthly membership fee is a scam to make up for their losses. You got to be a SUCKA to pay money for nothing. You have the same chances at buying new drops as you do with the Nike app.
