4 ★ Poor, unreliable and rude. Writing my review while stranded at the shipper with an unsecured load, the shipper is refusing to rework the load and demanding for me as a driver to take as it's the way they load it and the broker did nothing but hanging up in my face after calling for help informing them that i'm stranded for 24 h. Update: i was contacted by a decent supervisor (Ms. Sara) she got the problem resolved, informed that this shipper is not willing to rework the load but got compensated

2 ★ Edit: I had 5 stars before today. This was my go to app for a while on flatbed and power only loads. Since the pandemic hit I'm not sure why rates are so low. Since a lot of there contracts are with big name companies like Wal-Mart, Budweiser, and CHEP are booming with business. So many owner operators have went bankrupt and have lost there businesses so the demand for trucks is there. These big tech guys are just penny pinching and setting bad trends on the market. I use to like these guys.
5 ★ The app is fine. Low rates on runs but it's because you have rookie (or not) owner operators pulling 40,000lb+ loads(some with multiple stops) no backhauls, for no profit. Do the math on the rate you choose to run a load. Convoy knows when they have "Suckers" bidding on loads. More money for them.
1 ★ Convoy as a broker is horrible...better hope you don't have a problem on a load. Support is in India and they couldn't care less if u sat there and rot rather than try to solve your problem....seriously they will abandon the load on you. Didn't used to be like this. Takes 24+ hours to get a pickup number, or any kind of issue solved. Do yourself a favor and DON'T USE THEM
1 ★ Communication to solve any issues is so bad..one load i did money was send to someone else and I can't fix this problem No one is capleble to know were is the money and you only can send emails and is all Today 1/31/21 after working with Convoy since 7/18/20 they own me $3675 dollars 💵 after I did 4 trip ..I had problems with Support on all does trip and I waited for more than 7 hours for supervisor and never did on both trips Convoy blocked me in order to not pay me. Be careful with Convoy
4 ★ Very easy to use . Only one thing I would love to be updated is separated weight for two or more connected loads !
2 ★ They post loads that don't exist or don't need to be shipped yet. They have been losing freight contracts due to poor service so they now have even less loads in certain areas unfortunately.
5 ★ My Experience Convoy is the best because always on time payments, Easy app use, and pay detention.
