1. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
EIA implementation of this policy, guided by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 32 of 2009 on the management of the Environment and Ministry of Environment No. Kep 05 in 2012 about the type and businesses or activities that must be equipped with EIA.
EIA is a study of major and significant impacts of a business and / or planned activities on the environment necessary for the decision making process regarding business and / or activity.
