5 ★ Works great, a couple of times I was unable to use it. Either than that it really is useful. Especially when you have children that don't turn down the unit when no one is home.
1 ★ I can sign-in using the website, but cannot use app. Ive tried different combinations, resetting passwords, everything... this app is crap.
1 ★ I had no issues with this app in the past until recently and can no longer log in. Keep getting "Settings Request Failed" message. Regret switching to the CPS thermostat and regret installing this app.

3 ★ Frustation has set in...I was able to log in awhile back but now I keep getting "check your creditials and try again". Someone needs to check the creditials of the person who sent out the update and screwed with the app and website.
1 ★ Buggy at best. Usually basically does what it's supposed to, but lately I can't log in at all, keep getting an error "SETTINGS REQUEST FAILED"

1 ★ Home manager website or app never work properly. Always trying to communicate with devices, unable to make changes.

1 ★ Just installed the app, and I can't login. Keeps saying my credentials are not right. I can get on through internet but not the app..so I know my info is right

1 ★ It use to work when we first moved in 2014, however we stopped using it for a while. Tried reusing it again, and .ca t do anything on the app. They aren't even connected anymore.
1 ★ I tried logging in with my online username and password but it doesn't work!? It also doesn't give you an option to create an account. It only gives you an option to change your password but not even that works. Pointless hard to use app
