1 ★ App is better not any issues, but when n automatically wait listed ticket is cancelled automatically even irctc provides full refund and they are taking their commission, till now i was using this app for booking tickets, but from now u have lost a customer i would also not recommend anyone to use this, use irctc app that is more better, fare is also lower, confirmtkt takes Their charges separately and giving worse service.

1 ★ It's only for normal ticket booking...you cannot book Tatkal tickets from here...as Tatkal ticket timings starts at 10 and 11 am but here it starts after 15 min of the usual time till when all the Tatkal tickets quota are filled..so useless app for Tatkal ticket booking... But for normal booking book from personal user id or counter ticket booking...service charge is more than the usual charge.

5 ★ There is so many ticketing apps in India, But this one is being used by me since it's starting.. it's the only satisfactory, and all inclusive app for this purpose .. I think.. I have recommended it to a lot of friends..all all of them are found it very good.. Thank you makers

5 ★ I got stressed up as it was not taking the payment and showing that the id is not registered, but finally somehow it's taken..the flaw was on my side. due some security issues it was not accepting the id. U need to be knowledgeable while booking the train tickets😁.. overall the app is awesome..🙂

You'll get everything over there Or download Confirmtkt app. Confirmtkt has higher charges than direct Irctc booking which was available on Phonepe but now it has been removed. You can use it for e-catering too. Meanwhile that option is also available if you do it from Phonepe>Confirmtkt. For e-catering IRCTC feedback please check my review on 'IRCTC e-catering' app.

2 ★ Don't trust this apps train tracking system it's dumb sometimes. Im about to miss my train today because of this app it showed train still exist in before station..but suddenly a train reached our station. Thank God.. I seen it's name and ASAP I got in After our train departed.. It's showing ur train arrived 😒

1 ★ I lost my money this is a fraud app..you will get error code After paying. At final step i enterd the my id,password and captcha. But app not work proper.. And finally show "you transaction expired". I lost my ₹1320/-This is a warning for my friends.. Dont download this app

1 ★ pathetic experience.. very slow interface.. first they take payment and then ask for user credentials.. Their pasword reset mechanism is a pain! absolutely pathetic experience.. In a age of digitisation.. this app is so basic.. not even basic... horrible user experience!

1 ★ Worst app I ever used for train ticket booking. Even I paid for full ticket amount but I cant book my ticket. Customer care also cant reach I'll try many times. Even my account also cant open it.

1 ★ By chance we enter wrong details we cannot edit. We have only the option of cancelling. While reembersement we get only ticket amount not the tax amount. I lost Rs.300 just because of wrong print of gender.
