2 ★ I agree with Sara, below. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall just to be able to enter my email/password to check my account balance, it's truly frustrating. I literally do nothing else with this app other than check my account balance due to not being user friendly.

1 ★ App is broken constantly. You can't get the username and password subject boxes to populate, so it is impossible to log into your account. Or the site never fully loads no matter how many times you reload it. I only use this for checking my account so it's a pretty worthless app. Here, I'm staring a log of every day it's broken. Enjoy. Days broken: 04/12/2018: app won't populate 04/14/2018: app won't load 04/15/2018: app won't load 04/16/2018: app won't populate
