2 ★ Gives plenty of info like all the other tracking sites, and seems to refresh the info listed fairly regularly and accurately like the other sites. However, when it comes to the flight departing and tracking thereafter, it is way behind the other sites like Flight Aware. Even the online site tracking after the flight has departed on Flight Stats is seriously behind. I was watching the flight in transit on both Flight Aware and Flight Stats and the speed, altitude and even what direction the plane was headed was vastly different. Flight Stats is great for stats, but I would definitely not rely on this for up the minute live information as far as tracking the flight in transit.
1 ★ I'd used the website, recently I've been using the app. I've deleted it as I need something accurate. The last two times I've used it, it's been so far out on the arrival time I've been late to my pick up. I had to meet my daughter on a delayed 23.35 flight. FlightStats was telling me it was due at 00:00, it arrived at 23.37, I was late, my daughter was left waiting. I was 19 miles away when she text me she'd landed. Before this, I left a paying customer waiting for 15 mins for the same reason
3 ★ I've been using this app for over a year. It has been functioning all the while perfectly except for today. Showed me info that flight was delayed by 22 minutes and information was altered in the app upon flight landing. Turns out flight landed 30 minutes earlier than time mentioned. Dissapointing. Made us rush for absolutely no reason. Please do not let such a glitch to happen again. I'm very doubtful to use this again in future.
5 ★ This app is very accurate. I use it to track my family's and friends flights. It reassures me to know they have landed safe or if they are delayed. Whenever I pick someone up from the airport, I always make sure they landed before I park up in the airport parking lots. I've saved myself loads of money using this fabulous app ☺!!!!
3 ★ Handy app, but some basic functionality is surprisingly lacking. This app has lots of helpful flight info in a concise view with details below, and some nifty features besides. But! No notifications. At all. So you will *not* get any alerts if one of your selected "my flights" gets delayed, arrives early, or whatever. The date input for search is locked to current year & month (*why*?), which is a fatal limitation on, say, the last day of every month. With a few changes, it could be great.
4 ★ Can set time format 12 hrs or 24 hrs. Can only search 3 days from and to today's date. Has a map with satellite view feature. Weather information with humidity and wind. Can filter Airport, Airline & date of flight search. Can see airline logo and 3 letter code, flight speed and altitude, status of flight. In general, searching a flight using a mobile app vs web browser on a computer, the web browser is more accurate and has more features. Rated 4.5/5. Close to toast. Still recommended app.
2 ★ The current flight status shown for SG345 from Chennai airport to Guwahati airport on 06/10/2019 is totally false. It shown at 5:30 p. m. that the flight has is about to reach Guwahati Airport, whereas, the flight has returned to Chennai airport after one hour of flight due fault in the aircraft. This is totally false appapp and misguidining.
3 ★ nice for events and flight. Some challenges. When I try to search by airport, it continues to keep last searched airline. There is no easy way to clear this or choose 'all airlines' to see arrivals and departures for all. It now only allows me to check each individual airline. Not helpful. I tried clearing app cache, it didn't help. Finally cleared all memory and it worked. Needs a drop down box option for 'all airlines'. I like the events listing; add additional conventions would be helpful
5 ★ A very useful app that provides up to minute info on the flight being track (position of aircraft on a beautiful, zoomable map), including types of aircraft, current position, departure and arrival time, departure and arrival gates, historical on-time stats. Easy to use too.
