Description
Automatically sync your weight to the WW® app if you are a subscriber, or sync your weight to Google Fit and allow your favorite health and fitness apps to access your data and make tracking quick and easy!
Our scales allow up to 9 users to measure and display:
- Weight
- Body fat in %
- Body water (hydration) in %
- Muscle Mass in %
- Bone mass in %
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
Simply open the app, tap “Connect to Scale” and step on – the scale syncs all data to your app and you can review by day, by week, by month or by year. Having all your measurement results at your fingertips helps make it easier to get where you want to be!
App permissions
WW Tracker Scale by Conair 2.2.4 APK requires following permissions:

1 ★ I purchased this particular scale by Conair because of ours ability to connect to the WW app. I purchased the scale on April 17, 2020 and I've only been able to connect to my app 2 times. Each time I try to connect to Bluetooth I get an error message. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing this scale. It's useless and I'm sending it back.
1 ★ Okay, I take it back. I got lucky that it worked once. I'm not sure though if its all the apps fault. The scale has its issues too. I'm user 3 on the scale and my wife is 2 & son is 4. User 3&4 are no longer visible to weigh in with. Sending the scale back and getting rid of app. I bought the scale for the WW and Bluetooth features.
1 ★ So so very disappointing... this scale worked beautifully for 2 years and after a recent update -POOF- it no longer works. Fails to connect to scale every single time. I've tried everything. If the scale wasn't already two years old I would return it because the most recent software update has rendered it completely useless. There is no point to the scale without bluetooth connectivity. It's been months and the developers have NOT fixed it. I will never buy another weight watchers scale again.
1 ★ Very Disappointing. I purchased my Conair scale specifically for its ability to connect to this app and automatically sync to the WW app to capture my weekly weigh-in. But the app won't connect to the scale. The scale indicates its connected but the WW Conair Scale app continually gives an error message that says it cannot connect to the scale. Very disappointing!
1 ★ App is all about Weight Watchers but not the scale. All I wanted to do is track my weight as measured on this scale. It failed miserably.
1 ★ More times than not it fails to connect to the scale. Very frustrating 😠. Other apps on my phone do not have any problem connecting to their associated devices via Bluetooth, just this app. Two different phones and still the same problems. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
1 ★ Love the scale, hate the app. Having serious problems with connectivity. Only connects with my phone about 1 day in 5. So disappointed. I ended up uninstalling the app, then couldn't reinstall it. Sent email message to customer service, no response. Don't buy!
1 ★ Horrible experience! Will not connect and all troubleshooting steps fail to work as well. When you try to clear cache and log back in it'll take HOURS because logging in will timeout preventing you from weighing yourself until whenever it decides to allow you to log in AND even then that's if it will allow you to connect to the scale then.
1 ★ Horrible after recent update. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to try fixing it and now I cannot even login. Haven't been able to connect to the scale for months. Cleared my Bluetooth data and cache to no avail.

1 ★ Initially it worked great, but after a year or so the app can't get connected to the scale. Now the app doesn't work at all. Says it can't get login link. Total piece of garbage.
1 ★ Only connect 2 scale about 10% of the time after several minutes of trying to get it to connect by rebooting app and scale. Still no avail. It's been like this for 6 months
1 ★ The app connected to the scale *maybe* 5 times out of the hundreds of attempts to connect. This has rendered the scale an overly expensive paperweight - I could have bought a normal, cheap scale. Will it ever get fixed?
1 ★ Won't connect to scale. Bluetooth symbol on scale stops flashing, indicating a connection, but app says it can't find scale. Exactly ZERO support from Comair. This app needs a LOT of work.
1 ★ I have tried several times to install this app onto my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with no luck. I have done all of the suggestions with no luck as well. I would really like for this to work because I just purchased the WW scales!
