1 ★ Awful app and support! I added my card, the amount was withdrawal from my account, but in ths app the "pay" button is still active, as if I didn't pay already. The support doesn't reply and here I am trying for 2 days to place an order, with my money taken but with no product delivered. Definetly will not use this delivery service anymore!
1 ★ I don't usually rate or review apps but in this case, I have to give this one a 1 star. Placed an order on Saturday and I was told it will arrive in about 2h. It was then changed to Monday even without asking me...They just sent me an email saying that now I'll receive the items 2 days later. As for the User Experience, this is ridiculous and if I knew where, I would definitely report the platform for not providing the users with the option to cancel an order. They take the money even before someone picks up the order and then there's no way to get a refund unless you email them. I placed the order in Bucharest but I will never ever use this app again. Half the website in Romanian, half in Spanish... try and understand something if you can. I used Bringo instead and I got my order delivered in 1h. LolaMarket is a ridiculous service that should stay in Spain if they don't have the resources to expand internationally.
3 ★ Lack of customer service support. The app should have an option for non Spanish speakers. Personal Shoppers tried to be on time but lacks communicating when some items were missing. Above all is no explanation regarding reimbursement of products that were not bought. Not so friendly for first time users.
5 ★ I'm really glad I found the app, been very helpful during the lockdown. Never had any major issues, if any product was missing you can mark them through the app and receive a refund. Shoppers were always friendly and careful. Keep improving, your service is great!
2 ★ Good, but not so good. It seems they don't have the internal support to run an organized delivery. Product changes, last minute changes in delivery, no explanations given. Too bad this is the only app to shop at Lidl. Won't use it again.
5 ★ With this unfortunate situation, I have used the app several times for home delivery. They have always been very nice, excellent communication, perfect delivery procedure. I fully recommend them :)
5 ★ So far 1st experience really good. Came right on time and got a call about which products should replace those not found. Really nice service. I'd definitely do this again. Bucharest location.
1 ★ Is looking good, but: - search is the worst seen in grocery apps: search fails to return results based on title, category, brand etc - no filtering at all in categories: by brand, subcategories, eco/bio etc - no sort options at all - no favorites

1 ★ Irrisponsible behavior during corona virus/ Covid -19 !!! I am in lock down in Madrid and they cancelled my order 2 days after the scheduled delivery date. The worst part is their customer service is impossible to contact. I tried their app/ website/phone number/ instagram & facebook only to be directed to a form. They refunded my money but I wanted the delivery. ill have to go out and buy at a supermarket which is exactly opposite of why they exist. Wish i could write more #YouHadOneJob #Fail
