Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

4 ★ Had to create DACPlayer folder manualy on Android 9 but it has played the file ok. Lack of better play, pause, speed controls and zoom in, out functions
