Description
With the Commend Mobile Client users can seamlessly integrate Android devices into the leading intercom technology.
Whether an expansion of the control desk for mobile workers or an easy to use on-the-go terminal for occasional use, a basic control desk for convenience solutions or a home intercom, the Commend Mobile Client seamlessly connects Android devices to the world of Commend. It runs on both Phone and Tablet and adjusts its User Interface appropriately to facilitate the tasks of a modern intercom as user-friendly as possible.

Full support of Commend’s SIP-based communication technology for exceptional audio quality with Echo Cancellation.
Additional support for 3rd party SIP server and serverless communication
Connectivity from and to Commend hardware and software plus 3rd Party products
Bi-directional Video:
Converts the built-in camera on the Android device to an IP-camera.
Displays the video image of SIP compatible cameras.
SIP Early Media support.
Door and Access view for easy door intercom with video support from HTTP-capable video cameras.
For connectivity of IoIP devices, please use the Commend Intercom Client.
App permissions
Commend Mobile Client 1.2.1 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to read the low-level system log files.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
