Download the latest Comelit application, version 7.0.1-1, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Comelit Group S.p.a. and is easy to download and install.

Description
You'll be able to customize the app's home page by choosing from the available widgets so that you can quickly access the information and commands that interest you the most.
Main functions for video door entry systems:
- Receive calls from the entrance panels wherever you are
- Review the recordings of the cameras connected to your system (including that of the panel)
- Review the video messages recorded by visitors in case of missed calls
- Call the internal devices connected to your system (intercoms and video intercoms)
- Open gates, doors and turn on lights
The APP works thanks to PUSH notifications, this means that it will be activated only on call or event with significant energy and data savings.
Main functions for VEDO10, VEDO34 and VEDO68 burglar alarm systems, also accessible remotely:
- System management: arming, disarming, arming programs
- Display of the status of zones and areas, zone bypass
- Sending of commands such as the sirens stop or reset of the alarm memory.
- Activation of medical, fire and other alarms.
- Live view of IP and analogue cameras connected to the VEDO system
- Alarm video-verification: it is possible to receive a short video of the event that caused an alarm, in order to check its real cause remotely.
- Recording movies, snapshots, browsing and sharing saved multimedia content.
- Turning on and off the control panel outputs
- Receive push notifications of events
- Consultation of event and alarm memory
- RFID key lock
VEDO 10, VEDO34 and VEDO68 control panels must be updated to version 2.7.2 or higher.
Main functions for CCTV systems:
- Live view and playback of video recordings of cameras connected to NVR and DVR of Comelit 100-series
- Identification and playback of special recordings linked to alarm events
- PTZ management

1 ★ Frist of all the app is not user frindly. Secondloy i.ve sent emil 2 times about problems. My device is activedet but i cannot access the vedio showing the door as the app says not registered poor app poor support...
1 ★ A lousy app, can't get connected most of time.
1 ★ Worked fine for a while, but now I don't get any notification when the doorbell is rung, no option to open our gate remotely. This is utterly pointless and means I am constantly missing deliveries. I am running the most up to date version on a Samsung Galaxy S20, so please don't reply telling me to update the app. This is clearly a fault of the last update and needs to be fixed immediately. We will be looking to change our entry system in the meantime, this isn't good enough.
2 ★ Video recordings don't work anymore for my door entry system on my Pixel 4 XL running Android 10. Nor do alerts and there is no missed call notification anymore. On my tablet these things still seem to work so it might be an Android 10 issue. Strangely enough this worked for a day after the system was installed. I still have recordings on this phone from before it stopped working. Likely broken by an app update.
1 ★ This app is an absolute rubbish. It caused me issue since installation . The app has never worked correctly. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and then request an activation code. The mobile screen becomes blank. My phone becomes hang.
1 ★ This app is so frustrating, when it works it is great but when it doesn't I have to go all the way to the entrance of my apartment complex to let somebody in because there is no other option. Unfortunately it fails to work all too often.

1 ★ First of all the app is not user friendly. Secondly I've sent emails 3 times about problems. My device is activated but I cannot access the video showing the door as the app says not registered. Poor app, poor support.

1 ★ The doorbell hardware is adequate, nice looking design but that's where it stops. The unit is hard to configure and set up. Buttons don't work well. The wireless app does not work at all. App cannot find or connect to the device. Support is nonexistent, you are more likely to get support from their sales than from support. I would not recommend buying this product at all.

1 ★ This product is unfortunately really poor in all its aspects. The app horrible: the UI is confusing and after Android 10 it has stopped working so it is completely useless. If somebody rings your bell the app will just add a notification hidden in the list of notifications and emit a sound. You have to scroll to that notification and open the app to see who is at the door but if you don't do it in time the app will not even register the fact that somebody did ring the bell (not even in the notifications) nor it will show the video of who did it (what they say on their website; "View videos recorded from outdoor door entry monitors and cameras (video memory)." is false). By the way, what Comelit says about Android 10 is total BS. A proper app should display a time-sensitive notifications with a full-screen intent, exactly the same behaviour of the android phone app or any other app like skype. Instead of complaining about Android tell the developers to read the documentation and do a proper job to implement the api. As for recording the list of missed calls with the video of who was at the door, this is an architectural problem and the only way to solve it to add a cloud service. Even the hardware is bad, the additional internal displays are very slow and exhibit incredible latency: activating the video takes seconds and starting to talk even more seconds, it sort of take less time to just go to the door and shout. Comelit should be ashamed...
3 ★ I've had a Comelit system for 5 years. I recently ordered the wifi panel & here are my thoughts: 1) the touch sensitive buttons are a bit temperamental, but I had the same issue with the normal panel. After 5 years I figured out the "touch" but I too would be frustrated if I was trying to program the wifi without years of experience. 2) the app is function but not user friendly. Main issue is missed notifications. Unclear if the "service" continues running when the app is closed - any help???
2 ★ A quick way to open the gate on the app would be very useful. I use it so that the electric gates are open by the time I arrive in my car but I have to shuffle through the various points in the app before I can do that. Not easy to do while driving. Perhaps it should be? Also it keeps telling me that the device is not registered, which it is, obviously.
