Description
To start the Xfinity Live Assistance app, you must download the app and be invited by an Xfinity expert via SMS link.
During the live video session with an Xfinity expert you can leverage advanced capabilities such as:
• Live video streaming
• Live remote pointer
• Pause video
• Two way drawing and annotations
• Screen sharing
App permissions
Live Assistance 1.3.0 APK requires following permissions:
