1 ★ Most of the time I need to use the app it requires that I login, at least twice, and I'm usually greeted by a page telling me to reload the app, and if after reloading forever, I might be able to login. I don't know how hard it is to make a functional app, but I know that Xfinity is definitely not trying to put any effort into this app at all.

1 ★ Bring back the Xfinity Connect app (or, just a mobile device email client app). Accessing email through the web/browser interface from a mobile device is terrible and very inconvenient. Sorry I had to take the Xfinity My Account app as a hostage by way of negative review, but Comcast/Xfinity doesn't make it easy for customers' voices to be heard (and that is very bad optics).

1 ★ I hate this app! Every time I open it or their emails link me to it, it says, Error we can't connect. The Try Again button does not work, which means you have to log out and in each time. Then it never remembers the default address you set last time. Positively useless! Analogous to the quality of their internet.

3 ★ This app is slow AF on my Galaxy A51. I always have to log in before I can do anything other than look at stuff (security feature, true, but is there a toggle for requiring logins?). The chat also does not work very well. I always have to switch to my browser to get through a conversation.

3 ★ I wanted to share a tip because, similar to other reviews, getting rid of the Connect app for emails has been so frustrating. At first I'd go to this app, type emails in Help section to get to the web browser. It's not as user-friendly from a phone and we need the app! But in meantime, instead of just bookmarking I saved the website as an icon on my homescreen. So at least I can access with one tap. I still really hope they bring back the app though!

1 ★ Useless app. I moved to a new address but did not yet activate my router because it was not in front of me. I was told to call back the next day, when I had the device serial number. Can't speak with a live person because they insist you speak to the dumb chat bot. Bot can't help me because I have no device activated and will not give the option to add one. Still won't let me talk to a person.

1 ★ Xfinity is just a dramatically horrible service in general. I'm so used to problems at this point, and it's useless to call customer service because they neither have a clue, nor the ability to fix the problem. Xfinity's problem is horrible leadership. They use Cloudflare for their DNS services which is slow at best, and never working when you need it to. They remain the most infamous internet provider. And this app won't help you, because not even Xfinity has control over Cloudflare DNS.

1 ★ Why aren't users of Comcast internet notified BEFORE a planned outage?! If users are working on important tasks such as schoolwork or business-related work, they have absolutely NO warning before their internet is taken down unless they leave the app open 24/7. Ridiculous. Edit: Now getting outages at least once a week. Paying $60+ a month for a service that is completely unreliable. If there wasn't a monopoly in the area, we would have switched long ago.

1 ★ Never works , I get errors all the time. Will not connect to billing section. I always have to log in using the web browser. I can see why they want separated the business and home services. But both xfinity and Comcast are synominos with bad service.

1 ★ I agree with James... This is nuts! Why did you take away our mobile email app? As James stated "Accessing email through the web/browser interface from a mobile device is terrible and very inconvenient." So you say we should just "bookmark it"? Are you Serious?! Please reinstate the app to allow us to access our email by a mobile app. I might now have to go elsewhere, you couldn't have thought this through... Very Disappointing! 🤢

1 ★ App keeps crashing every time I try to log in. It's been like this for months. I gave up on it long time ago. If u people can raise the price of ur service every couple of months can u give us all an honest explanation?? I see almost every other comment has the same problem.

1 ★ Why won't my DVR shows play? I keep getting a DVR playback error and it's telling me to watch ON DEMAND. If I wanted to watch ON DEMAND, I would watch ON DEMAND and not record my shows. I didn't use to have this problem. I'm getting so tired of this S%#T!!!

2 ★ You can't take screenshots to prove you had an outage be abuse of the privacy policy. They change the time of the internet getting fixed. Once for three days the app said it would be resolved within the hour. If you live in anywhere besides Colorado where the company is stationed, just don't get Xfinity. They suck and will just shut off the internet to "fix connection issues" you didn't even have and they won't give you a warning. They just do it. You also still pay full price for half the wifi

1 ★ It is about like calling their number when you need help. You get a robot that can't help you in anyway unless you specifically need something it already has the answer for. It is an endless loop of never getting help if your problem doesn't fit in the 4 choices the robot knows.

1 ★ Not once in the last year have it worked. Always give me a error. Then I have to go to the website on the browser and log in there. Even went to Comcast/Xfinity and asked them. According to them (and me) my info is correct. But there is nothing they can do about it.
