1 ★ I use to love this app. If I couldn't remember if I set the alarm before rushing out to get the kids and myself to r destination. The last few days I haven't been able to login from the app. Which was given me a piece of mind. Can you please fix the problem asap
1 ★ I don't know what happened but it stopped working. I cannot log in. I get a message to update my browser. Everything is updated, I uninstalled the app, installed the last version, it doesn't work.
1 ★ Since the last update, it will not log in. Gives a message to update my browser. This mediocre app coupled with the loss of computer access makes me wonder what the hell I'm paying for.

1 ★ My app keeps saying It can not connect to my web browser, my web browser is fine all my other apps work but this one, seems like I am not the only one with the issue
2 ★ What happened?? I had never had any issues using the app. After the last software update, I simply cannot sign in from my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I still can't get it to work anymore.
3 ★ Love ability to see what goes on while I'm not there; control Zen thermostat @ mom's from out of town. Will save $ bc can keep temp more level. Other than that, app is okay. Had it 4 days. One camera is frozen. They installed bad batteries in one sensor so day 1 got notice "replace." Tapped "chat" that screen, goes to "page isn't working." Can't set enough "what if" notifications. Have smart home plan w 2 cameras, 10 window/door sensors, motion sensor, water sensor. Very useful all in all.
1 ★ My Xfinity Home app is not working with my Chrome browser... Its driving me crazy because im not able to see my Camera's at home!
4 ★ It is good to know what is going on with my alarm. However, it is very stressful having an alarm system that you continually have to monitor with sensors losing communication and I have to be the one to repair the problem. I am paying to have the system work for me. I never had to deal with that when I had ADT. Therefore I am now considering changing back to ADT.
1 ★ When it works, it's great, most of the time it doesn't and I don't even have a camera to Dela with like most. Takes forever to connect, when it does cinnect. Wife and I got new phones and now we don't get alarm notifications, but they appeared on the old phone before I reset it. Now the app won't connect at all and says I need to login, but times out on the login screen. I'm surprised at how this app continues to get worse and worse year after year.
5 ★ Great app, easy to press it, and view my cameras outside, give me peace of mind
1 ★ The app is useless! Will not let me stay logged on for starters- I have a security code setting so I have to enter a code that I recieve everytime I log in. It asks for the code and I log in then 2 minutes later it logs me back out while still using the app and I have to start all over again! Not worth the hassle!
1 ★ Worked good before last update 7/1/21 now says can't find browser.
3 ★ It works great in day light. But I was told when I got it that it would work at night. That's when I need it most. I am happy with it other than that issue. Hopefully soon they will have one that works at night when its mostly needed.
1 ★ Taking away the ability to monitor activity on the PC really stinks. That was one of the most useful features to me. More than likely I will find a better service with security features I like, not what the provider like.
