1 ★ Useless app. It just stores your boarding pass. But it does not update you with any changes such as boarding gate, delays, etc. If fact it does nothing useful, because you can check in online and keep a PDF of your boarding pass. Back to the drawing board

1 ★ I am unable to check in my flight booking, this app doesn't seem to work properly, kept diverting to the my trips link or flashed in red with a message saying that I cannot check in with a different airline booking reference, but I'm flying kulula! ! 🤷‍♀️This doesn't make sense, thought life would be easier when I downloaded this app, still ended up using my pc and printing my boarding pass

1 ★ Using this app is a horrible experience. Frequent errors and connection issues, I can't even get checked in because i get error codes on seat select. It's obvious this app is terrible and clearly kulula doesn't care because they haven't done anything to fix it for all the people having issues

2 ★ My new flight is not stored under my trips. I have to search for them every time. On my one trip i could not check in. It gave me an error the whole time and I had to check in via the web browser. The second trip I ended up with a different seat than that what I selected...

4 ★ app seems great. wish i could find info on flying with my diabetic meds like my bunch of pills and my insulin injections. which suitcase do i pack the pills and needles in. hand or main luggage? the last thing i want is some guard with a complex play games with me at the gate. i want to shrink wrap it without having to open it cause of my meds. which suitcase for my pill seperator box and injections?

1 ★ A great idea excuted terribly, half of the time the app can't find my bookings, today I was left standing at the boarding gate at 5am because that app kept saying "something went wrong" when I tried to show my boarding pass.

2 ★ Throws away one's trips already booked. Mostly hangs. Always struggle to view trip details as app is non responsive. I also add my future trips, but it disappears and I have to reload it again by adding the flight number again.

2 ★ Worked well the first time. But now I cannot access my second flight via the app. The app gets stuck on the loading modal each time. Tried a reinstall as well but the problem persists.

1 ★ Cant check in using the android app as you get an error saying "null" return when completing passenger information for gender and will not allow you to continue with check-in. Have tried on 2 flights now and got the same issue.

1 ★ Tried to check-in for my flight, but after confirming statement and go next I only get a white screen. NOTHING happens. Eventually have to close the app. Not what I expected from Kulala.

3 ★ Strange app. I want an app that will tell me what my booking reference is. this app is just the same as the website. I still have to carry a printed copy of the email to have a booking reference.

1 ★ Huawei P8 on Android 5.0 Downloaded the app because I am traveling this coming weekend but when I open the app all I get is a white screen. Restart didn't help. Reinstalling didn't help either.

1 ★ Really a kak app, not much use for anything. Tried to add an extra bag and it takes you to the website, then fails to process any transactions. I ended up having to pay the full bag price at the airport, not good Kulula!!!!!!

1 ★ First time I used the app, my flight was delayed and the app refused to load my boarding pass, saying that the flight has already departed. Don't rely on this app for your boarding pass.

1 ★ It's not even an app. It takes you straight to an external browser window. It's effectively a platform to launch the very buggy and slow website.
