2 ★ Was good, now it no longer has the correct listings for my cable-ready tv, so it's worthless to me.
3 ★ Have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times over the few years I've been using it. When it works, it's great!
2 ★ Started using TitanTV when the TV Guide app became unusable. Suddenly Titan quit working; I tried un/reinstall, still doesn't work. Tried reentering my email and password...won't accept any of my passwords and there's no way to reset it! More than a little frustrated!
1 ★ Junk. It can't load my channel lineups. Asks if it should load lineups for my location. I select yes. It loads nothing. Sticking to the browser version. At least that works.
3 ★ Like others have said, when the app works it's great. I love the personalized listings and clean, easy to read look; it's the best TV listings app out there. Unfortunately, after a while it always stops working and you have to uninstall and reinstall it. It's happened on many different phones that I've owned. If that glitch is fixed I'd gladly change my review to 5 stars!
3 ★ Good TV guide, nice personalization options. Sometimes it will quit working and I have to uninstall/ reinstall, but I like it enough that I keep it. Update: It still stops working where you have to uninstall/ reinstall, so no one is reading the reviews and doesn't care. But wait, there's more! I'll pull up the app, and it defaults to 7 pm the current day, as I have it set up. I'll pick a show to get the info on it, hit the back button, and it'll go to the previous day. Annoying.
1 ★ Now 8 months later and the problem continues ..... When it DOES work it's good, but in the few months of using it I've had to uninstall and reinstall more than a dozen times because it shuts down and won't open. Now it doesn't open even after many attempts and restarting the phone. Very frustrating! Two months later - I'm still uninstalling and reinstalling to get it to work.
5 ★ I've used TitanTV for years on my PC. When I started using TitanTV...it was the best on the market. i started using the app maybe 7-8 years ago. Don't know if the owners have changed hands, and not sure what other users are expecting...but for what need, it's good. You can pick broadcast or satellite (cable) and if the show has past...you can go BACK in time. Again, not sure what other users are looking for, but just to find an episode title, year, and whats on... that's all I need. 5*
4 ★ Really like the format of this app. it shows the programs for each channel in rows, making it very easy to see the schedule for an evening. It's also easy to get more info on any show. The reason for not making this 5 stars is this: Every few weeks it loses the channel lineups and I can't get them back. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then it works fine for another few weeks until I have to do it again. I continue the uninstall/reinstall annoyance--I really prefer it to other TV apps.
2 ★ The website works well and provides a needed service in an easy to use format. The app is pathetic. The app often fails to communicate with its server despite strong signal. When it does properly open, it frequently can not find listing for my area. The user interface is twitchy and often changes times and days while brousing listings. I like the website. It works and has far fewer service interuptions than the app.
4 ★ Love this website...APP would be perfect if updated to work optimally with newer Android devices. I might be willing to pay for or subscribe to that!
3 ★ It's a pretty good app but I have to reinstall it every few weeks because it will quit working. That said it's still better than most guides. If you want to make changes to your lineups it works better to go to the website instead of the app. A few bugs but pretty easy to work around. I gave up on cable and satellite TV so it's great for YouTube TV, Hulu and Philo
2 ★ Just go to the website and view your custom setup. This database is meant to be managed from a desktop. The mobile app is lame.
3 ★ I wish there was an option for setting a show reminder whereby the app would text you "x" minutes before the show starting (where you could set the x value). Most other TV apps have that feature. Otherwise, it has a good clean looking interface, but limited functionality. Their mobile website version is just as good if you need to save space on your phone by not loading the app and just simply bookmarking their site while logged in with your favorite browser.
3 ★ After no use for awhile app doesn't work anymore and keep having to reinstall.
