1 ★ The main Superwallet tab is always blank when I navigate from it to another tab and back again. How can such a big bug not be caught by the testers before releasing the app? Major fail! And there doesn't seem any way to send crypto to other wallets from the app
2 ★ The app is getting more user friendly but it cant even load the data when market crash today. Perhaps the team should focus more on resolving this critical issue then the GUI at the moment. This should be your top priority tbh.
2 ★ Recent updates don't seem to be stable. When click on the app, it just hangs there at the starting page. Just as 1 update is stable, the next time this hanging happens and upon updating, still hanging.
1 ★ The app keeps showing blank screens, used to have to restart the app to fix it. Now even after restarting does not work.
5 ★ Been a user since 2017. Support is always quick. Fuss free use and super clean interface. Highly recommended for beginners or casual traders.

2 ★ Android mobile app is too buggy, cannot even set up account properly. Had to use website and afterwards, other function in app always keep loading or doesn't work properly too
1 ★ I see a blank screen after logging in, at the Superwallet page. Can't trade. What's going on?
1 ★ Terrible. 1) I had to key in my singpass ID and pw manually instead of tapping the qr code. 2) was required me to do additional face verification, but there was an error and the verification process could not be completed. Raised this to customer support in the app, but and they asked for alot of information which is a hassle to retrieve. Serious doubts as to the useability and security of coin hako if they can't even authenticate using singpass. No bona fide counterparty shld have such issues.
1 ★ Hopeless app... cannot verify... NRIC or Passport.. keep repeating or forever 'retrieving data'... Will not trust my money with this app. Moving to another platform.
2 ★ Frequent stuck at page before login. Very frustrating. And no alternative way to access to trade, and withdraw at browser.
1 ★ probably the worst I've encountered. fund deposi via paynow was instantly debited from my bank account. but wallet still not credited after 10min. don't tell me even cash wallet also need to run through complicated blockchain?
1 ★ Terrible and unstable app. Hardly introduces new coins. Stopped showing selling price. Not recommended at all.
3 ★ I would like the buy and sell price to be displayed on the app for Android please. Simple feature that was present since I started using it is no longer there. Only buy price on main page. Things have improved over time but this feature has recessed greatly. Please add it back soon.
1 ★ After update the app become blank, it been a week. I can't buy and sell and not even see my coin. Please solve it!
