Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ Since app relaunched as "Zig", overall experience has been terrible! 1) app prompts "no internet connection" even though I can use other apps on wifi or mobile; 2) Recent bookings show my assigned taxi is 1-3mins away, but car is several kilometres away and takes 12-20mins to arrive; 3) Feedback sent but NO response from their end. AWFUL

1 ★ The app used to be very easy to use. However with the last few updates the app has been very glitchy. Rides can be cancelled last minute, the driver might not arrive or would teleport all over the map, or the position of the cab would not be accurately updated. The driver might not be contactable as well, and there is no easy way to contact customer service for help. This is very frustrating.

1 ★ Horrible app, painful to use. After reading all the feedback by other users. I'm glad that this is not my phone or network problem. I have encountered exactly the same issue. Multiple cancellation of booking, crazy route map display, notification not synced with booking status, multiple pending charges made to my paylah. CDG Zig used to be stable and easy to use. The current one is a real failure.

1 ★ The app's booking map is fundamentally broken... even after booking successfully and a notification saying that a driver is on the way, it doesn't give an estimated time of arrival. Instead, it just shows a map with my location and doesn't show where the driver is at anymore. It says that my internet is off even when it isn't. I've got the latest version of the app and checked that my location permission is allowed, I even compared it to other ride-hailing apps which showed no issue at all.

1 ★ Whoever designed this UI seriously take a hard look at how it works. The booking can suddenly be cancelled, and out of the blue you can be paying for another trip for out no reason. It's painful to use. The driver arrvied on time not even realising that the app gave me all the problems. With no map for me to see, weird trips appearing with confirmation and cancellation which I never booked. Like c'mon, yall need to up the game if not at least do it properly. Frustrating eh

1 ★ This is the worst app I have ever used! The app always show network error, my trips suddenly got cancelled yet the app doesn't even show! I only know about it when I tried to refresh many times. Just today I'm being charged a trip that I didn't even hop on! I have waited for the cab for more than 20mins, cab never came, app stored, suddenly the trip was completed for no reason and I was already being charged! My advice to comfort is if budget is limited then don't offer booking app for consumers

1 ★ Location not accurate & slow. Booking confirmed and yet car was not moving. Only showed car about how many min away but not when it was near. Lots of improvement need to be done, and I dont even know where should I start. Sucks big time. Always server problem. Wonder if app developer did any test. Everytime driver cancelled when it was near, then pending search. App damn lousy, when we cancel the search, and re-input the location, it said have an existing booking. Useless to write feedback.

1 ★ Booked a ride, app said my driver was arriving but couldn't find him. Tried to open the app to contact the driver, but the app glitched out. Couldn't see any option to contact the driver. Restarted the app, then got stuck on the "zig" splash screen. Left me wondering how to cancel the ride and if I would be charged if the driver couldn't find me past the maximum waiting duration. Ridiculous. Not the first time my application has gotten stuck on the splash screen.

1 ★ The app used to be good and number of cabs around the vicinity is accurately shown. But now during the booking process they just show a map and some silly looking vertically placed cars all over and we don't even know if there's actually any REAL drivers around the area or not.... Also, there seems to be bugs on the app! It continuously made 8*$20 transaction (shown as pending when I checked my card on my bank app) when I just want to book a cab! Ridiculous!

1 ★ The taxi driver is even more picky than our private driver on grab / tada / gojek. We are calling for a taxi when there is a need or urgency. However, no taxi driver want to pick up or they cancel the trip when the location is undesired. This is unacceptable when no taxi driver can be found up to 15 minutes. Furthermore, apps UI is very poor that it kept failing to add card and locate the destination correctly

1 ★ Booking have been such a breeze before. But it's getting From bad to worse. Glitches every single time and it hang in the mid of booking, I'm just like a fool thinking if my booking is cancelled or if the driver have arrived. I even emailed/feedback twice regarding my payment that was charged FREELY. No response!!!!!!!!!

1 ★ Attempting to book a taxi, set valid pickup location, and destination. When driver found pickup location repeatedly changed giving me minutes to walk up to .5km , in an unfamiliar city. Also made several pending payments on card for journeys not taken. UPDATE TO RESPONSE Email I got told me the payments would be refunded, they haven't been, have to report fraud. I wasn't told why the drivers charged me for repeatedly stranding me at valid pickup points.

1 ★ Not good. I can't see the location of the driver when I have booked a ride. If I close the booking page and open it again, the button for "called driver" goes missing. Basically it makes it significantly more difficult for driver and passenger to meet. This used to work but is now gone. Why?

5 ★ All the time when I select the destination, my home address will auto shown, but recently the address is shown differently often very irritating, I can't delete it, tell me how to do. 13.01.24 thanks for the help and response, now my 'current location' show correctly my home address when I booking taxi at home.

1 ★ Hangs at loading screen. Hangs at address entry screen. Detection of current location is most of the time wrong (Grab always gets it right). Price is no longer as competitive. This app is just creating frustrated customer instead of providing a satisfactory service.
