Description
Main Functions
Jobs:
- Allows drivers to toggle between being “Ready” to accept booking jobs or being “Busy”.
History:
- Displays a daily and weekly summary of completed jobs bid through the CDG Zig Driver App and/or MDT.
- Allows drivers to view and track their completed trips in greater detail.
Profile:
- Allows drivers to update their particulars including their email address, mobile number & App password.
Feedback:
- Allows drivers to send feedback or enquiries to our Driver Relations Officers (DROs).
System Requirements:
- The CDG Zig Driver App runs on OS versions 8.1 and above. Features within this app may vary according to different OS versions and phone models.
Note: Continued use of GPS in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

CDG Zig Driver App 5.4.0 APK requires following permissions:

1 ★ App notification issues, no sound when booking comes in, please fix issue asap.
1 ★ Step 1: Login OTP failed - Internal Server Error. Step 2: Uninstalled ZIG app, rated 1 star.
1 ★ Inconsistent. No feedback to the drivers on erratic and irresponsible passengers. Only rate the dtivers and no inbox message like previously to encourage drivers. One sided apps unlike Grabs apps as I know!
1 ★ Jan 2025. Since Jan 2024, the app has be getting worse and worse. Now pax all surrender. All run to book grab taxi if they want taxi. Very pathetic. Shame on the listed company. Grabtaxi has more job than your entire cdg system and low ball gojerk all combined. Previous review: Many steps back. Frustrating for drivers and most importantly passengers.
