Description
Android has provided an inbuilt flash light tool in the lollipop version that can run in background when you are using any apps.
But what about the users not having lollipop versioned mobile??
Don't Worry, mobTorch does the same for all android users.
You can continue using any apps after turning on mobTorch.
mobTorch runs in background when you click the home button and uses any other app. Closes mobTorch when you click the back button and quit the app.
App permissions
mobTorch 1.3 APK requires following permissions:

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
