1 ★ This app used to be great. One day the content completely changed and now it is very limited and not very challenging. Explanations for questions are inconsistent. I regret purchasing this app.
5 ★ Great great great app. It reviews questions that you get wrong. Many levels many questions. It also tells you why the answer is correct and why the other answers are incorrect. 👍
4 ★ After the update most of the questions were deleted no content Only 4 levels or more previously there were many levels for each category I was doing the app but one day I opened it up there's nothing except a few levels what happened? ??
1 ★ Not like any other NCLEX style questions I've practiced with. There were limited category questions. Grammar was also horrible in some instances. Some questions were just bad - either too easy or incorrectly recorded. I wouldn't trust this app to practice with.
2 ★ LOTS of ads. Like every 10 seconds. Not enough questions to make premium worth it. There are only around 120 questions total.
3 ★ The December 2018 update caused me to lose all my previously worked on areas. Like another user stated, now there's only 7 subject areas, not as intensive as it used to be. Now I'm looking for other apps to better serve my needs.
1 ★ The app started off with good questions, but after a while text was chopped and cut off. Making it impossible to answer questions
4 ★ Great information. Questions are adaptive and must master all to unlock levels. Provides rationales for all questions. Great app to have.
1 ★ Awful since the update. Lost all previous progress and the topics completely changed. Seems to have significantly less questions as well. No longer interested in this app.

5 ★ Great app for Nclex-rn examines preparation, it gives details explanation on each answer and is easy to use.
3 ★ I wish the practice exams were adaptive like the actual exam. It would help with not lingering on a question too long as well as dealing with the anxiety properly as to not self evaluate based on question difficulty
