Cobra PowrPro Black 1.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an app to access precise location.

2 ★ 2009 Victory Jackpot 106cu. Installed the cobra powrpro black application and it definitely needs work. Bugs in the software are heavily prevalent. If you want to use the software, you have to manually enable ALL permissions {on Android phones} in order to connect. After adjusted fuel controller settings and saved to device, the previous settings don't seem to be saved or retrieved in the application. so you don't really know whether it updated the device or rolled back the settings. Terrible.

1 ★ Ok. Won't connect to my V Rod and the description says there is a FAQ in the app. Not there that I see unless you have to connect to see it. Anyone else here see a pattern emerging? It is a real problem because it took me hours to install and it is not running as smooth as before I did.

4 ★ I found the app easy to use once all permissions were granted in the app manager of my phone,(why is that necessary by the way?). After it had connected I could access all of the features as described. I fail to see the use of it, though as the unit is supposed to do all this for me automatically. More instructions for manual tuning would make this more useable. Nice gizmo to use though. Overall the app does what it says it will.

1 ★ this app is horrible. first off if you can get it to connect and stay connected it works fine but the connectivity of this app is really really bad, It needs to be updated to work with the newer Android phones. For the money that we paid for this fuel processor we should not have to uninstall and reinstall this app every time we want to use it.

4 ★ #1. After downloading the app, go to app settings in your phones settings and enable all three permissions. Don't whine, just do it. #2. To connect app to device (when powered up/engine on) press the "not connected" label at the top, right, of the app screen. When "POWER PRO" pops up tap it to connect. #3. Don't expect a detailed description or a "how to" on what the apps different functions are. #4. Read the card/info that came with it. Read these reviews. Read everything you can find. Or call the Cobra techs and ask for directions. LOL #5. The device really does work!!! I'm very happy after leaning the "CRUISE" setting down to 4% from factory set at 10. It was blubbering rich at idle and would occasionally stall. Better than paying for a re-tune and/or dyno at every mod done to my bike!

3 ★ Needs more upadates. Please update to the current android version. Bluetooth won't connect since the most recent android update

1 ★ App would not connect to Samsung Galaxy S9. It's time to upgrade the program, especially given the price of the unit.

1 ★ This app sucks. Pulling the power pro off my Harley and throwing it in the trash. I wouldnt sell it to someone to only have the same issues

1 ★ Used to work and now its stuck retrieving data ! For the price , this app should be updated regularly! Guess I should have stuck with a powercommander

1 ★ It used to work fine, but now is stuck "retrieving data". Not sure if this is because my phone updated to Android 10 or what. I've re-paired it via Bluetooth and the same thing happens. Please advise.

1 ★ It will not connect to my S20 Ultra. It keeps asking for a code. I'm going to try another phone and see what happens.

2 ★ I believe the developer should update the app, as now it doesn't work. It is stuck at "Retrieving data" message when trying to connect. For the money spent on this nifty gadget thing should work flowlessly.

1 ★ App connected and all that fun stuff. But it took a while. The thing is, I bought this so it does all the tuning automatically, so why do I need the app ? More importantly, it didn't improve my bike's performance one bit....
