CNN Greece 2.3 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

4 ★ An app in CNN clothing. Navigating touch response is too sensitive resulting in unintentional directional scrolling. Despite this, a great source for Greek news. It covers important stories that for some reason big brother CNN international wont about geopolitical topics involving Greece.
1 ★ app is asking for permissions tha it shouldnt. why manage my calls etc? Very bad app that wont work if you dont give these personal info permissions! have you heard anything about GDPR?

3 ★ Even though the articles are excellent, the app itself is buggy. On certain devices it's really hard to open the article you want (it keeps closing and sometimes it shows the cnn logo even after you have successfully opened the app)
1 ★ They seem to skip important news in order to highlight events that fit their narrative. It's not the worst, but I'd appreciate more rounded coverage
1 ★ This corporate news network constantly spins false narratives that pander to people for ratings. Maybe they write a decent article every now and then, but their blatant dishonesty in false narrative spinning even as they blackmail people is my biggest concern.
1 ★ I downloaded this app thinking it would be something like the onion that posts fake news ironically. But no! They post the fake news seriously! CNN has hit a new low.
1 ★ If you don't give permissions to the app to manage and make phone calls, access your location, or access your files, the app won't start. Totally unacceptable - uninstalled
