Description
Patient Portal provides opportunities for:
- appointment and dismissal of visits for you and your family
- self-registration of your appointment in a branch of the CMP without going to the Registration
- account management of your children
- select a branch and a doctor near you
- withdrawal of the last laboratory test results
- Download the history of laboratory results
- access to the module "my diet," along with their download
- access to the history of the results of diagnostic tests and consultation with recommendations
Using the Patient Portal, you can manually check available dates of consultation with the specialist and make a record for yourself or your child. Easy to use search engine will help you choose from a list of specific medical branch and you want to go. With full access to your account history, you can download the results of research by analyzing and planning the continuation of the same treatment with their specialist.

2 ★ Aplikacja nie jest najlepsza, denerwuje strasznie, że muszę się logować za każdym razem, łatwiej już korzystać z przeglądarki wtedy. Na robotę samej placówki nie narzekam, pracują dobrze :)
