1 ★ Can't Redeem My Points! I love freshstep and the paw points reward program but I am having trouble redeeming my points. I keep getting an error message. I deleted and reinstalled the app but it didn't help. What do I need to do to fix this issue?
3 ★ Need more rewards all the good stuff is out of stock. Why? Like the cat fountain? The tunnel? Scratch post? Love the app just need more of the old goods back in stock!
3 ★ Even with four cats it takes so long to earn enough points for even the smallest reward. But they donate a scoop of litter for every code or receipt uploaded!! Since it only takes a minute to upload a receipt, I do it. If it took longer I probably wouldn't bother. Three stars only because it is easy and they donate.
3 ★ I used to love using this product just to get the points. Now all I get are unusable codes that are clear on the package but when typed in I get error codes. I can submit a claim to get my points but after awhile that is a pain. I am going to try and upload my receipt. If that doesn't work I might be done with Fresh step.
5 ★ It's great. I don't go through a whole lot of litter, but I still manage to get some good rewards,, (coupons ).
5 ★ Get points for buying items you need for your kitty to use later how can you go wrong? Easy to use and straightforward.
5 ★ The app almost always recognizes the codes. If for any reason the codes fail, just send an email and Fresh Step will add the value to your account!
4 ★ It is easy to use as long as the codes are legible. Only 4 stars because the selection of items to redeem point for is so small
4 ★ I like the app but I wish they didn't have the code on the weird microorganism background. Sometimes I have trouble. I wish you get coupons and not a chance to win something..
5 ★ Very easy to use and to earn points. I love that you can donate to shelters along with the fact that Fresh Step donates as well.
1 ★ I rely on receipt upload apps every time I shop, and this is by far the worst. After you ok the photo, it zooms in so far that it misses the store name, line item, total, or date (all of the required info). It flips the photo sideways so it's difficult to read whether you've captured the pertinent info. It takes me 5-8 attempts per receipt. I know you'll just tell me to contact customer service, but I don't have the time, and that's not why I downloaded an app that's supposed to be convenient. Once uploaded, however, I have received the points I've earned with ease.
4 ★ Love, love, love Paw Points program. Especially the Rewards! Just wish they would get some 😔 new ones.

5 ★ Love it! A true rewards program! My cats love their gifts and I like the discounts.
4 ★ I really like this loyalty program, though there were and still have some bugs that are annoying to deal with. Specifically, I frequently get an error when trying to enter a code - the app will submit the code with each letter/number entered. I found that going back erases all of the entry and that closing the error message will allow me to enter the next character. The really odd thing about this issue is that it doesn't happen every time. I like the extra points for cat birthdays.
