Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to access extra location provider commands.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

1 ★ Current WSP v5.0 version DOES NOT work with new VZW / Google Android 9.0 update rollout for Google Pixels. Please update the app so that it will work with the most current Android platform version 9.0. This WAS my daily paid driver weather app until the new VZW / Google Android update...now this app and widgets are useless. Unfortunately, I cannot rollback an Android software update. If I could, I would do so, just so this app would work on my phone. I have now been forced to use other weather apps until WSP is updated to be compatible with Android 9.0
1 ★ Twice reported a bug - forecast for tomorrow (or today if seen shortly after midnight) is not shown or is truncated. For all weather providers. Both error reports got ignored. Malfunctioning app/widget. Poor support.
1 ★ It appears that this app is no longer supported? What a shame! No response from developer and YR data integration no longer works.
