PRE-CONSULT FORMS: Fill out your doctor’s pre-consult forms prior to starting a consultation and keep a digital copy.
HEALTH FILES: Share with your doctor any type of health file (images, videos, x-rays, MRIs and others).
CLINICAL RECORDS: Keep a digital copy of your doctor’s medical advice, as well as of all your consultations.
