2 ★ Good idea - in THEORY - but in practice it kinda sucks. Works great for a little while, but then the app craps out and when that happens I can't answer calls or make them. Clearing the history, stopping the app and then restarting the phone is the only way I can get it working again. A few times even that didn't do the trick and I had to install and uninstall the app. Not cool....
3 ★ It's great to be able to make and receive calls from the office while at home, but it malfunctions all the time. The audio often breaks up for the caller. If someone in the office picks up a call before I do it will cause the app to freeze with "Call incoming" stuck on my notification bar and I can't receive any more calls until I force stop the app and/or restart my phone. The same happens if I'm on a call when another comes in. It's super frustrating.
1 ★ Worst program ever. Have been using since March since our office sent us home to work remotely. It started out fine but these past couple of months have been the worst. Can't get calls, dropped calls, doesn't ring, won't let me answer...you name it, it happens. Have been in contact with customer service and the guy has no idea how the app works. Just keeps telling me to get a headset and use the desktop version. Uh, sorry, not an option for me. They keep pushing out updates that fix nothing.
1 ★ This app has great potential but is poorly executed. While working remotely I miss more than 75% of all calls coming in due to no notification or the inability to answer. For the times that I am on the line and someone else is trying to call in the app will either shut down or not allow me to switch or end a call. Lastly, the app will not update the call log of missed/received calls and for some reason defaults to answering with speaker phone even when it is off.
2 ★ Barely works. I've been using this app since the beginning of the pandemic. While sitting next to the phone waiting for a call, I'll be notified that I missed a call and have a voicemail message. The phone won't even ring. Customer Service is non existent. Most recently, after an apparent update, all incoming caller ID's are listed as "unavailable". I don't expect perfection, but a little customer service would be appreciated.
3 ★ Decent calling software, good audio, relatively easy interface, but occasionally it will register that you're on a call when you are not, and it won't let you hang up. It just stays frozen on the screen that you get when you're on a call. Very weird and pretty frustrating.
1 ★ This is one of the worst soft phone apps I've ever used. It's completely unreliable. Spent two months trying to troubleshoot this program, but my company eventually moved on to something else. I would never recommend this program to any business that relies on telephone service. It's complete junk and has cost me and my co-workers money due to it sabotaging our ability to make the volume of phone calls needed. NEVER USE THIS APP. Whoever coded this app was clearly the lowest bidder.
5 ★ Since the most recent update I need to uninstall and reinstall to make a phone call every single time. In forced to use this app for work purposes but I'm not getting much work done because of this isssue. Update: Submitted a support request, they reached promptly. Walked me through a solution to correcting the issue and so far so good.
3 ★ Works OK for the most part. A bit unresponsive at times requiring multiple taps to make something happen. Odd bug where deleting a Vm and going to the next message causes the deleted item to begin playing. I prefer to place calls outside of the app to avoid the audio lag. Still, gets the job done.
1 ★ The app does not honor the Do Not Disturb feature and over rides my phone's notification settings when I turn them off. It rings no matter what I do. Please fix this!
2 ★ Works well but after this last update my phone shows CoreNexa is constantly accessing my microphone. Now after Android 14, while on the phone the phone crashes.
1 ★ I turn on do not disturb but the app turns do not disturb back off and the phone rings all the time so I still can't use this 1/2020. When I take a call I often have no audio and calls drop so not reliable enough even when connected to the same ISP a functional desk phone is connected to so does not seem like a bandwidth problem.
2 ★ This app is a nuisance. It doesn't allow you to answer when you swipe the answer button. I miss more calls because of it. I then would have to get back on the app to call them back. Calls are dropped even when a strong signal is available. Needs a lot of updates to make this app better.
1 ★ Does not always allow me to pick up calls. While I am on calls if someone else calls in the person cannot hear me because the new call rings and vibrates into the existing call. I have to work from home and this app is beyond frustrating 😡 it does not always ring if people call me. And I can't always use it to call someone else.
2 ★ I use this app daily while working remotely. The app is honestly not good. Most of the time people cant hear me, calls drop all the time and the app freezes constantly. I have to force close it at least 5 times an hour because the dial pad wont respond.
