1 ★ I've been trying to get a refund, to no avail. No customer support. No website, it has expired. Waiting for the developer to email me back. If not then i am going to have to go to court. Who knows maybe a class action suit. Find me on Facebook.

2 ★ Truth some reviews are done by employee of gruv such as Chris bryan, and Greg Bologna , and myself I'm a driver. Here the the facts Pros the scooter is a better build than others. Cons: it's a startup, so they always problems with getting promo discounts, getting the scooters to work, adding funds, than the app doesn't work only to ask for more funds. I give it one star cause it's a better scooter and another cause I work there.
