What's new in MGRS GPS 2.2
The App Widget has a refresh button for you to update the location reading without opening the app. The widget shows you the MGRS grid, lat/long, elevation, speed, bearing and accuracy.
The app now has "location accuracy" setting. With that, you can pick the accuracy of the location service you prefer.

Description
A waypoint can be created using the device's current location or the user can enter the grid reference manually through the "create waypoint" dialog. In addition, the app now is able to create a new waypoint when the user long press on the GPS map.
The app comes with an App Widget that provides you the latest location reading received by the MGRS GPS app.The widget can be displayed on the home screen as well as the lock screen (lock screen widget requires Android version 4.2 and above).

5 ★ This app is exactly what everyone in the military/who is involved in orienteering could ask for: a simple interface, the ability to save way-points, and best of all, a MGRS widget. Highly recommended--and at an exceptional price. Looking forward to updates!
3 ★ The concept is great (integrate Google maps and mgrs) and has a demand for sure. It needs to add long press at any point on the map to get the ten digit mgrs grid for there. At the moment it only presents the grid for your current location or your waypoints
