1 ★ Horrible. I can login to account on website fine but the app keeps saying "oops somethings not right try again later." I cleared cache, data, uninstalled, rebooted & reinstalled. Still getting the same message. Useless to me and we paid for the plus membership.
4 ★ There was a bit of a snafu, in that the app wouldn't connect to the lab we used. A member of their support team reached out after hours to help resolve the issue. Good customer service!
1 ★ One of the worst apps ever. Complicates every possible step as much as possible. What should take 3 minutes to set up will take a half hour or more and MAY work.
1 ★ Terrible. Asked for tons of info and then tells you "something went wrong, try again later." Just an app to steal your personal information.
1 ★ Doesn't work. Can't add my photo. My pixel 4a with all updates just displays a white screen when it tries to use the camera. Useless for me at this point.
1 ★ Does not work. Lets you input your information. When you log back in, all the info vanishes and makes you start over. But it will not let you.
2 ★ Great concept, but it can't retrieve my vaccine results from CVS. For the past 5 days, the app says "Retrieving your results, this may take around one minute."
4 ★ The app is easy to use but it takes FOREVER to upload photos of cards. I must have retaken a photo of my vaccination card 14 times.
2 ★ Difficult to navigate, does not work well, and the scan your vaccination card option does not work. And under FAQ it suggests that you can very easily cancel your membership by going into your account and clicking "cancel" but that is not an option I see in my account. Maybe because I signed up for the free option? I only downloaded the app to attend a game. Instead, I will just arrive early and go through the in-person screening. 2 stars instead of 0 because the customer service was lovely.
1 ★ This is the most torture I ever went through with an app. If I know it would take an hour to register with it, I wouldn't have installed it. If you don't want to go insane, then don't download this app. It's not worth your time. Then when I finally got done, it said "pending verification" then I scrolled down and it said "Your proof of verification was created on May 6, 2021. THEN WHY IS IT STILL PENDING VERIFICATION??? It seems like with something so important, they would hire someone that knows how to make an app. This app has all kinds of terrible issues.
1 ★ Dispite the fact that individuals below the age of 18 can get vaccinated, this app DOES NOT allow for people under the age of 18 to register for the virtual vaccination card. Though the app does appear to be useful for most, it cuts out a large proportion of the people most like to use a virtual vaccination card.
3 ★ Does not work - after repeated attempts to register, and after collecting all of the private information, fails for reasons unknow. Hopefully someone else will come up with a better product. Edit - after several more attempts, l was able to register, a cumbersome and opaque process. The app does retrieve the info, hence the bump up to 3 stars.
1 ★ App can't activate camera to take my photo during setup, and can't move past this step. Did they test this app on Android? Useless!
1 ★ Does not work on Pixel 4XL. Scans ID then when moving on to the next part it is a blank page.
1 ★ Your app won't take my picture! I've already given it permission access to my camera and it took pictures of my drivers license but it won't take my physical picture! It's very frustrating and aggravating! The pop-up of "Need some help?" & even after you press done it'll briefly go to look like it's taking your picture but then goes back to that same pop-up! I've already restarted my phone, uninstalled & reinstalled the app! What is wrong with it?!?
