2 ★ Clc lodging is a gift an a curse. Alot of hotels/ motels dont follow through with there clc contract. I've had clothes an food thrown out my room in Melbourne Florida because they dont know or honor clc contract. Clc never tried to call me on this complaint I've made yet. My current stay ESA Charlotte NC, I've been told to check out at 11am two separate occasions. This will be my last booking with clc, so inconvenient house keeping telling u to leave at 11am an u just checked in at 4am.
1 ★ Hard to use. Crashes on Android a lot
1 ★ Hate it wish my company would stop using it. When you go into a hotel and say they stopped using CLC because they want pay there bill it's very embarrassing.
1 ★ It should get a zero rating the places that show up and trashy rude show no respect or quality of care.
1 ★ Terrible app. The hotel lists are rarely accurate. I've been to three separate hotels that were on the list that no longer accepted CLC. Then there are a lot of hotels that will take CLC that aren't listed on the app. On top of those issues some of the listings appear one day and dissapeare the next. It's a very painful app to depend on.
3 ★ Should be able to apply your personal information to speed up checking in. Also why can't I get copies of my receipts emailed. With everyone trying to go paperless, one would believe access to emailed receipts would be top of the list as far as options. Everyone knows that every company requires a copy of hotel records. Is you company against going green?
2 ★ Not all hotels listed actually accept CLC. It shows a list of places but doesnt show them on a map which would be a huge help. It gives the distance from the location you select but not the direction. You can click on directions but it's very time consuming. Could be a 5 star app with a little work and a place for user feedback of the locations.
1 ★ this app is so Antiquated there's no way to list all the issues with it, it offers the world so she's reservations and information but you can't schedule anything from the app you physically have to call and talk to somebody. And good luck getting someone that comprehends the language of your domicile in the United States. Because it's outsourced that no one can understand you nor can you understand them.
1 ★ Hotels that show up in results(10mi) fall off list at 30miles. Some hotels (on your clc plan) will Never show up in results. Hotels are always much farther than the distance searched for. Should have a "CLC ratings" system, because CLC rooms ARE NOT the same rooms listed on trip-advisor. (Usually rooms that are broken or have huge issues). Would be nice if the results listed each properties deposit requirements. "Black out" dates should exclude hotels involved with the blackout, from results
1 ★ Awful prices... AWFUL. At least it lead me to find another app which happens to be very useful. CLC discount was FULL PRICE. There were many issues with the hotel but thats not CLC's fault.
5 ★ This app lets you call the motel you are interested in. This app has a map showing where the motel is located. This app has a map showing all CLC motels in your area. You can book your room with this app. The CLC app can save you a good amount of money and time. Very user friendly.
2 ★ it needs to have pictures of the hotel inside... when you click on the hotel, it takes you back to the beginning, which is aggravating as well... When you book a room, it doesn't tell you it's been confirmed...
2 ★ Not worth the hassle. I was told that I would save money using your site, not true. I can do better using my military and senior discount and don't have to pay you.
1 ★ This version is TERRIBLE. This version will not bring up ANY results. About to try and locate the previous versiin somewhere and go back to that.
1 ★ Signed in travelers log once and ever since I exited the app it will not let me sign back in. I have tried several times and even uninstalled the app and installed it again still can't sign in
