Sync customizable routines to your connected Mia Smart device for cleansing, exfoliation, anti-aging massage, cooling eye massage, and makeup blending. You have the power to adjust the length and intensity of routines. Start the guided selfie tutorial to jump start routine the right way.

1 ★ Horrible I hate this thing because it won't work in the app. I want my money back it doesn't work as it promised it is not customizable without the connection and it never Connects for longer then 3 seconds. I'm contacting customer service tonight this has been happening since I bought it over year ago or more. I have the Michael Todd and at least it will stay on for a long time you don't need to customize it to clean your face for the amount of time you need. It's not smart at all.
2 ★ The app worked great for a few days, then it lost all of my routines. I gave it about a week and they never came back so I unistalled and installed again. Same thing happened, within a few days all of my routines were gone, this time I logged out and logged back in. I put all of my routines in again because it lost them all when I logged out, and now 2 days later they're gone again.
1 ★ I was excited to start using the new Mia Smart device I received as a gift in December it started off great I was able to use the Deep Pore brush head with the smart mode for about 1.5/2 months but the app updated & I was no longer able to use that mode. It shouldn't matter which brush head we use if the device itself, not attatchment, is supposed to be on smart mode especially since the newer brush heads aren't that great..Well now even those aren't syncing with the latest update. Disapointed!
1 ★ You would think, for the amount of money we pay for the clarisonic... You would create an app that works. I have to start with a new profile every single day. I have to start from scratch. Every. Single. Day. But of course, you can't adjust anything without the app... So you have to use it.
1 ★ Terrible app. If it worked consistently, you'd have a great smart product. Routines just disappear. The interface is not intuitive at all. The worst app I've ever had to use. Fix it and then the smart brush will be worth the money!
1 ★ I seem to having the same troubles as everyone else. Woke up this morning and my routines have disappeared and I cant get them back no matter what I do. Will try uninstalling and reinstalling. But I would have bought the less expensive device if I knew that the "Smart" part wasnt so smart.
4 ★ Works great so far, just hooked everthing up it all worked. I hope it lasts after all these bad reviews. Will revise this if anything changes.
1 ★ Can't sync routines anymore... making many of my attachments obsolete. Very frustrating. My device will no longer even operate on smart mode. This app has gotten worse with every update.

1 ★ I called seven times. They would tell me the same thing. I would say they're going to take care of it and didn't.I started November 20th and didn't get taken care of until the end of January. I did finally get a new clarisonic that part I liked, but mine was personalized and the one they sent me didn't.
3 ★ App finally uploads routines to my brush. Not sure how consistent it will be, but 1.5 years later I can finally make use of custom routines.
1 ★ App deleted all my custom routines. Only shows reminders and prompts to buy more attachments.

1 ★ Disappointed. It's really a shame spending so much money for the mia smart ,the brush heads etc & then can't even use the app for it. I have contacted customer service multiple times & still can't use the app. I have spent more time trying to fix the problem than I've actually been able to use this. Doesn't show or sync my routines, when I log out it makes me re-register my already registered device & I'm frustrated with all this.
