1 ★ The device & the app are useless. It never stays online for more than a day.
1 ★ Worst system app. Playback does not work, live does not work, and cannot speak through the mic. Had been working so fine but this past month it hasn't worked at all. Looking into getting a new system.
1 ★ Works when it wants. Visitors push the doorbell but it does not ring my phone. When someone approaches the door, it may detect or there will be a delay but tends to pick up cars riding by periodically thru the day time only. Do NOT recommend.
2 ★ This app is a hot mess and just doesnt function like it should; either the live cam feed doesnt work and the recorded videos do, or vice versa - they never work simultaneously.
2 ★ Everything works fine except it does not notify me when someone is in front of the doorbell no notifications are sent!
3 ★ camera playback only works half of the time & when someone rings my door bell the live vedio will not work. even when play is pushed. need it fixed

1 ★ Device OFF LINE Worst app and devices EVER. It goes off line for days & days! Absolutely useless doorbell camera!
1 ★ We've had for almost 5 months. Paid thousands of dollars and had tech's out many times and still cant get it to work right. Save your money and get Ring or any other product out. Cheaper and will at least work better.

1 ★ When the doorbell is pushed it only notifies me if I am looking at the phone. Go buy a ring doorbell.
