1 ★ It doesn't find my booking whether I am logged in or not. When I enter the same information on the website it finds my booking even if I'm not logged in. I cut and paste the reservation number into both and the app just doesn't find it. It finds my driver information and credit card information but it's totally useless if it can't find a booking. I've wasted 1/2 hour messing around with an App that clearly wasn't properly tested. I don't have issues with apps from Avis, Hertz, Budget et.al.
5 ★ THEY HAVE PROVIDED SOME AMAZING FLEET FOR YEARS. I FEEL WITH HYBRID AND ELECTRIC SLOWLY BEEN THE NEW FLEET OF CHOICE..... IT WILL BECOME MORE EXPENSIVE AS A CUSTOMER TO HIRE, AND A BIGGER PROFIT FOR THE BUISSNESS. NEVER FORGET THE GREST AUDI TT ROADSTER YOU COULD HIRE BACK IN THE LATE 90s THANKYOU FOR THE AMAZING WORK YOU HAVE DONE. 💙💜🤍🤍♥️♥️❤️💚💚💚🧡🧡
1 ★ I can't even log in, doesn't recognize my email or password.
1 ★ Cannot login. Why? I can access my account using my computer.

1 ★ Can't login, can't load bookings, can't find possible rentals in Denmark
1 ★ Worst customer service ever. Rent a car in Oporto and paid for motorway tool service. 5 months later I receive a letter home from tool company with a fine to pay that my tools were not paid by EUROPCAR. Call europcar and I was told that been an error and many people had this problem, they just need a scan letter which I received. Sent it over 2 days later got a reply that my cc didn't work which is a lie been working and I have to pay myself. Never again better go to a low cost car hire.
3 ★ Only the first part is nice. After the booking, I wasn't able to open/view the booking, cause an error Message appeared all the time. Customer service's solution was to go to the website instead of using the app. Well, if that's the solution, then why don't you remove your app from the app store? Doesn't seem you need one, do you? That's carelessness in my eyes 🙄 ... NOT SO FUN FACT: I (!) had to refill engine oil after some km ⚠. Hope I will get the money for that ⁉️
1 ★ App doesn't recognize my log in details, login works on the laptop but not in the app. Can't add the booking to my account in the app. Creating a profile was an issue as well just as described in the reviews before mine. Terrible experience!
4 ★ First time I opened it crushed. On second attempt the app is actually quite good.
1 ★ Does not recognize my email and password (even though it works on their main site) - Awful App. Might aswell use their webpage instead.

1 ★ After getting my license details and selfie it tells me login is not possible and to contact support?! If I was in my account whats wrong? Deleted!!! Rubish app
1 ★ Bad surprise! The app left me the choice of not subscribing for a driving insurance, without notice that it is mandatory to do so to drive in Belgium (I knew but I thought it was a non-mandatory one, like optional fees). The result is 150 euros more at the cashier. This is the door to unfair competition, because all competitors give their price with basic insurance included, and of course, they were more expensive... I am thinking of filing a complaint at Test-Achats.
1 ★ My review doesn't show up on my dashboard and I cannot find how to add it. If I cannot access the booking, this makes the app useless. Also, should show very clearly the opening times of the pick up location. We were collecting a car at palermo notarbartolo and we got there at 13:10. The place is closed for lunch 13:00-15:30, which made us waste 2.5 hrs of our journey.
