Jakdojade is:

• the most accurate and popular search engine of public transport connections
• convenient buying of public transport tickets (available in selected cities)
• real-time feature - shows the actual location of buses and trams (available in selected cities) - the position of the vehicle on the map, the current and expected delay, and the exact time when it will arrive at the stop.

3 ★ App is quite fine, but when any ad appears it is not possible to close it, your must close the whole App. So this is annoying when you are in hurry or when you are buying the ticket. It could be great if App could show delays etc, for the time being it shows delays randomly.
5 ★ This app is great for all kinds of people, especially tourists and students. I've been lost multiple times which was my bad but thanks to this app I wasn't even worried because it led me straight back to my destination. It's like google maps but even better because it even tells you exactly which bus stop/ train station/ tram stop you are in and when to get off. Perfect for students as it offers us cheaper rates.
5 ★ It was useful and resourceful even with some glitches. I can work around it by using Google map double check. So I will not lower the ratings from it's flaws. All in all this app is very useful overall.
3 ★ I'm really pleased with the recent intercity addition but I've noticed that the seat preference settings are not being taken into consideration when purchasing intercity train tickets. Low 3 star rating just to keep the devs motivated! ;)
2 ★ Changed my rating because not every bus is following his schedule, and since this app has not a slightest idea what direction am I facing right now, pretty often I went on the wrong bus and direction altogether. Not even mentioning the cancelled buses and trains, that app still think is still there. Been like that since forever.
4 ★ 1. Payments hang sometimes blocking the application. Money are blocked on bank side and no top up on application side. (Very annoying and critical from my point of view). 2. Not always show all public transport options based on route. 3. Sometimes it thinks you can't make it in time and doesn't show options.
1 ★ App doesn't warn that the tickets must be validated immediately after entering the tram. Was fined by inspector while purchasing the ticket just after entrance. And dear tourists, spend your money somewhere out of warsaw, this city doesn't deserve it with all it's scams and rudeness.
5 ★ Essential app for getting around Krakow (and other Polish cities) using tram, bus and train. Work out your journey alternatives and even pay for a lot of trips in the app. Excellent. It can only work because Polish transport runs like clockwork, it would be pointless in the UK.
2 ★ This app would be better if I could turn off wallet notifications. I won't add money, I will always pay with blik. After 5000 pop up, where I have to wait, it is infuriating.
1 ★ After the last update, the app kept showing me routes with changes, even after I turned "avoid changes" on, added the preferred line to "preferred lines" and excluded every single possible bus I could change to. It showed changes to lines that I specifically excluded. I was thinking that a good solution would be adding a "I don't mind walking" option, but there's the "fast" transfer setting, no?
2 ★ *MAIN ISSUE* - when validating and buying a ticket (example for 15 mins), the 15 minute mark STARTS counting down from the validation loading screen, which will in reality provide you with 14:52 mins or such. it could be a bug or it could be intentional. either way it's a red flag *SECONDARY ISSUE* -the "live" transport's location is just a static function that runs on the provided timeline regardless of latency or delays. fix the API/MicroServices or remove the feature as its frustrating
1 ★ Not intuitive experience *AT ALL* Doesn't allow you to pay for tickets just to refill your wallet with exceeded amount.
5 ★ I was on the run to the train station, downloaded the app and bought a ticket within 3min, usually there is always something not working, well done!
3 ★ Not tourist friendly. It's mandatory to have polish phone number to buy a ticket. Also you have to fill up wallet to buy tickets.
5 ★ One of the best travel apps I've ever used. Accurate, perceptive and fast. Easy to navigate and gives lots of options for your journey. It's been invaluable here in Wrocław.
