Description
Let’s Get Started: By downloading / installing PM Pakistan Citizen’s app guide
Upon opening you’ll find Login Form will appear
If you’re new user you’ll create an account using Register Button in app available right bottom to Login Button.
If you’ve already registered yourself for citizen portal then enter credentials for login
You can register using three available options available in app.
Registration Process:-
By clicking on Register button you’ll find three options that are
- Inland citizen
- Overseas Pakistani
- Foreigner
By clicking on any one of this option you’re required to enter Your Phone No then click on Continue Button
Dialog will appear showing message of “We’ll use this number for communication with you”
Then Create Account Option will appear showing 3 steps to complete registration for citizen portal
a- Full Name : Enter your full name + Gender : Select Gender + Date Of Birth: Enter date of birth in last required field of first step
b- User Name : Enter your username that you want to write then write password + confirm password Press next
c- Enter your CNIC no then select province in which you’re living then select district then tehsil in end enter your home address & press Finish button
Once your registration is done make sure you know user name & password for later sign in.
After once registration process is finished you’re directed to Home Page of Citizen Portal where you can see total complaints along with In Process complaints & resolved Complaints
Navigation drawer can be opened by using this button
This will show you Profile & Change password option
Complaints Registrations Process:-
For registration of Complaints: Click on “+” button for registering complaints against following areas
1- Municipal Services : Under This option you’ll be able to submit complaints against following areas
- Cleanliness
- Encroachment
- Water Connection
- Water Supply Scheme
- Street Lights
- Repair Of Streets
- Price Control
- Graveyards
- Unhygienic Food / Factory
- Parking / Adda
- Illegal Construction
- Stray Animals
- Construction material on roads
- Illegal billboards
- Low hanging electricity wires

2- Law & Order : Using this option you can register complaints against law & order situation
