The EST Mobile training content is designed to help TPM FEs learn or refresh Cisco product knowledge on specific remedial procedures of certain complex Cisco products for on-site services.

5 ★ If you are a FE and touch anything Cisco makes then this is the best tool out there for any field replaceable part on anything they make ( excluding consumer stuff) i can look up any part replacement procedure in the time i walk from my car to the client's officce! It works great on any G the previous post is from a NOOB :)

3 ★ I use this app all the time when troubleshooting and doing maintenance work. However, when trying to use the app again, I am unable to log in as it keeps doing a loading loop when I open the app. This app will get a 5 star from me once they fix this problem.
