5 ★ I just got done writing a 400 hundred of more words about my experience having a vortex and SKY device's over a two year period first two jacked bad the charger plug wore out wouldn't charge no longer had to buy a new one $,25 bucks It came hacked I downloaded map go and it Said I was in Chicago I never been there I was in L.A. AT THE TIME FACEBOOK SAID GET S NEW DEVICE I DID IT WOULDN'T HOOK UP ,, WIFI SO NOW I GOT JACK.MY PHONE KEEEPS TURNING OFF AND ON WHEN I HANG UP IT SHUTS DOWN EVERY TIM
1 ★ I have been getting malware downloaded on to my phone DAILY and have constantly erase it every day I have to keep an antivirus software on my phone constantly just to get rid of it
4 ★ Good phone service and customer service. Just wish they'd have unlimited talk. That is necessary these days. 😌
4 ★ Excellent free phone, the best plan out there as long as your can provide the necessary requirements needed to obtain one of these free government phones. StandUp has the most minutes, data, and unlimited texts per month and the service is not too bad especially considering it is totally free. I have never had a issue with calling into the company, yeah it's true I have never spoken to anyone that speaks English very well.
5 ★ I'm really surprised. I get a great phone. I know the signal from the cell tower is real weak inside in the city here but when I have a WiFi connection that even work all over on the hotspot connection with Xfinity. So even when I go out I all always connected by WiFi in places where my cell connection is weak. I absolutely have NO complaint. Sometimes I think someone needs a teacher to really understand how to get these devices to work well for them. Just saying though! &. 5+*🙃🙂
2 ★ Them service plans are ok but the customer support is is non existent. For example a bot will auto respond to this review telling me to contact them, and when I do I enter my # it give me my account balance. Then it processes to ask if i want to add more money if not it disconnects. So if your not tech savvy dont use the service.
1 ★ THE WORST PHONE SERVICE EVER! I CAN BARELY USE THE PHONE. IT FREEZES EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO USE IT AND SHUTS OFF AND REBOOTS. IF I'M DOING SOMETHING ON THE PHONE AND I GET A CALL IN, IT EITHER DOESN'T SHOW UP OR I CAN'T ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL!!! THEN THEY GAVE US 4000 MINUTES WHEN WE SIGNED UP, THEN LAST MONTH I NOTICED THEY TOOK OUR MINUTES AWAY AND GAVE US THE REGULAR AMOUNT WE GET EVERY MONTH! I DIDN'T USE THE 4000 MINUTES UP SO WHY TAKE THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APP IS TERRIBLE.
1 ★ this service is horrible i got this phone for my son it freezes and reboots for no darn reason at all hes a child so i just got it for him to talk text and play games and he can barely do that he started off with 4000 something minutes and now he only has 200 something, minutes gone that he hasnt even used and currently the phone says it has 265 minutes but when he tries to make a call a automated voice says he has no more minutes im confused to why that is
3 ★ I guess it's better than nothing. Trying to renew is a pain, you try to do it within the app and it says that option is no longer available. When I talk to a person, I get nowhere. With Covid19, all other providers are giving free minutes and Stand up says it does, yet I see none.
5 ★ This is one of the meany apps and mobile services that I have known as government free phones this one out of about 5/or 6 different company this was the on that I feelt was most honest in there app description and as well as the offere'd prices to the selection of data refills and payment options. If you take the time to read the user and consumer agrements'. Not as difficult to understand what there trying to sell you compared to the others. read it's is not as difficult.
1 ★ Standup phones unfortunately are the worst my battery is dead in a few hours not even using the phone and takes 5 hours to charge.for an emergency phone you would most likely die before your able to get ahold of help

1 ★ This is the worst service ever. Constantly freezes, shuts off by itself, opens and installs apps by itself, customer service agents are rude, disrespectful, dishonest this includes supervisors, and managers. They talk over you. I was told by agent and a supervisor that I made 9 calls which took my last 9 minutes. To a number I did NOT call, nor did I know the number. It was NOT on my call log either. I had made 1 outgoing call less than a minute. I gave the number to the supervisor who said I did
1 ★ For the most part I really love this provider. One major thing I did not like was the whole data.. smh Hasn't been working properly, also said I had data but wasn't letting me use it. Gave me 5 gbbut didn't even let me use it.
1 ★ Disaster in the making, bug must fix or your customer will seek different providers. The app malfunction every time you login or change your password for insurance, etc. The design of the app is great, the implementation is poor.
