‘Cielo Home’ is FREE and there are NO monthly subscriptions. These apps are loaded with a huge array of smart features. Here is a glimpse of the smart features, which are carefully designed and implemented to add a lot of convenience to you while saving a good amount of energy for you:
-Enjoy Global Control. Control your AC from anywhere in the world.
-Maximize Comfort. Enable Comfy Mode and set intelligent triggers to regulate your room temperature.
-Add Convenience. Adjust your AC’s mode, fan speed, vent position & more using your phone.
-Employ Smart Scheduling. Set 7-day schedules to automatically perform actions as per your desired settings and routine.
-View Usage History & Timeline of Actions. Stay up to date with your AC usage from the past 30 days.
-Enable Geofencing. Set location-based actions and controls.
-Set Temperature Range Controls. Fix a temperature range as per your liking for your AC to operate within (this feature is only available for Cielo Breez Plus).
-Ensure Optimal Performance. Monitor your AC’s air filter status and keep track of your room’s environment.
-Save Energy. Limit your AC’s usage while ensuring excellent cooling or heating to save on your energy bills.
-Control your AC using your voice. Cielo products work with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant & Siri Shortcuts. Managing your ACs and Heat Pumps is possible with simple voice commands.

1 ★ Slow app, Thermostat takes nearly a minute to respond to any touch controls. Wifi works only half the time. Support was useless, they refused to add support for my remote. Auto function fails, can't change temperature in Auto, sets itself to 60 degrees, false advertising on a broken feature. Every update seems to break it more, old app was halfway decent, new app is bad. Terrible hardware, terrible software, terrible support, terrible company. Regret purchase. Stay far away from these guys.
2 ★ Used to work well but recent update messed it up. Does not respond to commands have to hit 4-5 times to make it work. Turbo/led modes do not work

5 ★ Cielo Home automates my Mitsubishi split system and allows me to control it via Alexa. I am very pleased with the ease and functions this device offers.
1 ★ Useless! No support from vendor. Won't hold or obey schedules.
1 ★ One star for now, as I cannot manually enter a hidden wifi network ID. This is super basic stuff and I was surprised to discover that I couldn't do it. Please update your app to include this option; the product is useless to me otherwise.
5 ★ Incomplete version! I do not recommend to update to latest version. You cannot choose DRY mode in Confy settings, when adjusting temperature. Confy settings are now limited. I wish I can go back to previous version!!! Latest version solve problems! Everything is working excellent again...
1 ★ Used to work. Now it delays commands, feedback is wrong... Shows turbo off when its on... Ac shows off when its on. How do we go back to the old version??? Pioneer needs a different software company now!!!
5 ★ Excellent support! The support team calls back and actually has a conversation to determine what the problem is. All of my minor issues have been rectified through Cielo support. The ability to set any temperature in comfy mode is back in the newest update, thank you!
5 ★ I have a three year old who kept hiding the remote. I have enjoyed using the old version of the app. Having the capability to make my AC into a smart AC through Cielo has been a big convenience.
5 ★ They keep making this app better and really simplifies using my split unit ac system. Gest Google integration let's you use your voice to operate everything and bring sale to set up routine is amazing to have auto off and auto on in the mornings.

5 ★ Started out working fine. Stopped working after 2 weeks and now it won't connect. I've tried every possible suggestion, to no avail. The error message says to disconnect the unit and check my wifi. I did this numerous times with no positive results, I even added a wifi extender. UPDATE: I just spoke with your support center and the issue has been corrected. Self-inflicted problem...I did not choose the correct remote for my mini-split Pioneer a/c. Thank you very much, you guys are great!!!
1 ★ There are multiple problems with this app which I will list below. 1. No turbo mode for Pioneer Brand Mini Splits. 2. No way to view current temperature status. 3. No way to connect to a hidden wifi network. (You can make wifi network visible to connect but when making it not visible after connecting, it will lose it's connection.) I feel the features listed should be standard and are not out of the ordinary. Update app to provide these features and I will update this review.
2 ★ The app is "ok". It seems more stable than the Nethome controller I was using before. However, by switching i lost two pretty big features on my Pioneer mini-split. I can no longer see what the internal/external temps are nor can I use the "turbo" feature any longer. Hopefully the devs will see this and can hook us Pioneer users up. During the summer I may have to switch back to Nethome.
