1 ★ Bought coins for 500 php yesterday, but still didnt receive any of those til now

1 ★ I know VIP paid extra money for the privilege. But they should also have to be punished, when they abuse that paid privilege.

2 ★ I give only two stars here because the good part about it, any age can go live unlike other apps. But, I had to say they had a severe problem starting with the 24/7 watch over live videos. One time, somebody told me to take my clothes off, about 4 more people joined in, but nothing kicked them off the live and i had to stop it. Also, very bad quality. It might not be the app itself though, I have been experiencing this problem since when i got my phone, another good thing about the app. Fix it.

3 ★ No there isnt any error or something..when i login with my fb account, the pic is ok, but when i login using my google or my mobile number, no pics appear, and also, when i upload a photo, it goes to the crop photo, then when i click okay, it jist goes back to the edit profile page..that is what happens

1 ★ I was tipped off about this broadcasting application and I have seen ins and out of it and this application has no control over what’s going on, there’s children as young as 4 years old that goes on this application and the chat is vile just recently I have flagged inappropriate broadcast and it failed to shut the stream down. There’s a lot of bad stuff on this application to pay for VIP u pay monthly and yearly to contact anyone 1 - on - 1 which is a red flag.

2 ★ Been a chums viewer since the start of chums live. On your recent update. I understand and cannot use my old account anymore. Im using a new account. Now my problem is the loading screen for coins. I cannot choose any coin package because there no package shown on the screen. Kindly fix these problem. Thank you.

2 ★ The app still opens by itself without me doing anything, second problem rose up which is me leaving a livestream without me doing anything. This makes me damn angry I just watched a private stream and used a thousand tokens just for the app suddenly leaving the stream without me consuming the full 3 minutes. Another problem again I can't find the live of the person I follow even though he/she is on stream.

1 ★ Beside my experience for one week that I have I have your app continue crashing down I think is your main server hes need to be bigger done before at the same time and continue fluctuating numbers of their numbers it be only can see 1 or 2 on top of that there is another problem that you guys have I can see it I can I can actually lead on it because I work on I am an IT so sorry for your problem needs to be fixed before you lose a lot of clients a lot of people are gaudy moving from a but 1 othe

1 ★ App still auto-ends. Just updated the app, and I can't even go onto a live room to support my friend. You simply just want the contents of our wallets and bank accounts with no great service to show for it. Really contemplating on uninstalling.

1 ★ After this recent update, I can't even get in a live broadcast. Every time I select a live broadcast, the app crashes. Making the app unusable. Poor optimization.

3 ★ im kinda disapponted with how it always has problem like the apps most of the time have issues like its either crashing or server is down or watever this is always the problem i see with this app for the developers and wat not FIX THIS PROBLEM how can people who downloads this enjoy it if its always having issue, dont just get our money with the gems FIX YOUR ISSUES!!!

1 ★ I like the app from the beginning but when i topped up, i did not receive my coins, and when i wrote them a feedback they did not respond! It's like the developer doesn't mind there users!

5 ★ Since I started using chums.. I really enjoyed it and made a lot of new friends.. ☺️ its a friendly app and if you are the type who likes to talk about anything.. Chums live is perfect for you.. You will meet a lot of beautiful people too.. like me.. 😅 anyway I am very happy with CHUMS Live.. I hope everyone likes it too.. ☺️

1 ★ So this app is so annoying, Because i can't uninstall it on my phone, it consumes a loooot of space and battery. Even if i dont open the app and when i go to the playstore i just saw opened 2 seconds ago. Please fix the problem. It always sends me notification. Thanks
