4 ★ Can be a little glitchy but once the required permissions are set it works decently. Our area has good cell service so I think that's part of it. I wish there was a way to use rocketship without it have location permission all the time.

1 ★ The app constantly doesn't work. I've been stuck in the elevator in multiple occasions.
1 ★ Used to be a solid app but it stops working every 2 weeks where I live now. It's awful. And apparently, every time it needs repaired it takes them a full week and a half to send anyone out to repair it. This app sucks.
