1 ★ The latest update killed the app. I'm now unable to log in and keep getting a black screen with the message "The site can't be reached" and that it might be temporarily down or moved permanently to a new web address. I can log in on the laptop with no problem. Started a few days ago after updating the app. App un-/reinstall didn't solve the issue. Never had a problem with the app before & Chewy is awesome. 1 star rating only to get IT's attention. (I can send a screenshot of error msg.)
5 ★ this app is so easy to use and so great. I've used it for over a year and I've never had a problem. There's an amazing feature for subscriptions that is so convenient and straightforward I don't know how other places struggle with the same. You can change things skip them and everything with no hassle and there are so many items to choose from I don't struggle to find stuff. definitely recommend
1 ★ Terrible app. Makes it very difficult to use Chewy at all. Logs me out every time. Try to sign in to the app and am redirected to a web page, then back to the app, if it manages to log in at all. Customer service on my first order was 🥴 at best trying to explain their weird policies. This is the second time I've managed to place an order, and I'm becoming convinced they keep the app glitchy to force customer phone calls 😑 No interest in sitting on the phone, fix the app! 👎🏼
1 ★ Installed the update, & now I can't log in. It just gives me a "sorry we ran into an error" message & puts me back to the sign in page. Uninstall & reinstallation didn't change a thing. Normally, the app works but has been getting increasingly difficult to find what I'm looking for. I can search 3 times with the EXACT SAME TERMS and get 3 DIFFERENT lists. The company is good, though a bit expensive, & the customer service people are awesome, but the app is getting worse with every update.
1 ★ App doesn't keep your sorting choice once you view an item, and it doesn't know how to sort by price. It's aggravating enough to stop using the app. In addition, the search filters just do not work. Looking for a grain-free kibble with no peas and the list is full of foods with grains and lots with peas. One of them has peas as second ingredient!
5 ★ This store is great-- it's Amazon for pet supplies. Love how quickly my items arrive after ordering them. Customer service is Stellar, too. Very quick response times. I also love that I can get discounts with auto ship orders each month. The convenience of not having to go in and reorder the same thing every month for my pet is awesome. I just turn on autoship and Chewy sends orders when I have it scheduled.
5 ★ Love it! Customer service is the best ive ever dealt with. They make sure to make things right! The app is veryy easy to use. Only thing is I wish I could put my birds hatch day in the my pets section. also the option to put sun conure and maybe some other icons but thats not really important. delivery is always on point as well.
4 ★ I've been using Chewy for years, easy to use and autoship is a nice feature. The navigation needs alot of work, the search feature only pulls up about 50% of the time. Getting back to the main page is a pain and sometimes it's just easier to close and reopen the app. If you know what you need it's great app.
1 ★ This has been working fine, but trying to use the latest update and it's hanging trying to log in. It's unusable Update on 1/3/24 - The current version of the app is terrible. For authentication, it's passing out to the default browser and it freezes, never finishing the authentication. I've removed and reinstalled the app and it's just terrible.
5 ★ Prices are comparable or better to local stores, but convenience us the key here, and auto ship saves a bit of money overall. Most important, though, is their customer service. I've had three experiences where I called in and they were courteous and excellent in exceeding my expectations. This app just makes the experience easy.
1 ★ The rating I'm giving is only for the app. Chewy is amazing as a company that I would give 5 stars to. The app has suddenly become one of the worst. It will not keep me logged in like it always has and makes me log in every time I open it. Then, rather than logging in on the app directly like I used to, it takes you all the way to the website. I logged in about 10 minutes ago to update my autoship, closed out of it, realized I forgot to add an item, opened the app back up, and I was logged out.
1 ★ Can't log in to application even after checking for updates and deleting and reinstalling. Customer support hasn't responded back to if it is a know issue but, I was able to log into the web site to place an order. One of the best shopping apps! Search option works, many filter options, saves favorites, and stores everything I need to make a purchase in minutes from my phone. LOVE Chewy and LOVE the app!
1 ★ The company is great, but app itself is a joke, loads sloooow af. Had a bogo disney item in my cart and by the time I was done looking at the other items the deal ends like how pathetic is that. No time limit just one second it was 2 beds 1 was free and the next its showing I need to pay for both. I just deleted everything like screw all this. Keep your items. I'll keep my money. If I get the chance to pull up the website over my laptop it works great but phone app, no luck, just so frustrating.
4 ★ chewy is great for the speed at which you can get your items, they're always on time, good availability, and great customer service. I would give them 5 stars except that their prices have consistently gone up, and not just a little bit. a cat food I was buying went up by about $10 over the course of a year and a half. I only get caught up on this bc Chewy was always advertised as a cheaper alternative to get your pet supplies.
5 ★ After moving to a small college town with no large pet store, I've been using Chewy almost exclusively for 6 years to buy food, litter, and more for our two cats. I love for their selection & prices, and especially their customer service. The agents are always friendly & and helpful, and I've had only positive experiences with Chewy! Now we won't shop elsewhere for Levon & Oscar.
