5 ★ User friendly and informative, which is just what I was looking for. Includes meal ideas and other details. Just getting started!!
5 ★ Has recipes, but they're in UK measurements. Not a deal-breaker, but would be nice to have some sort of toggle or code to automatically convert to US measurements when a mass or volume is detected.
4 ★ Enjoy the app for basics. The before and after photos are encouraging.

1 ★ Upon opening this app for the Mediterranean diet, one of the best diets out there, the very first thing it does is to take you to a website to learn about the Keto diet, one on of the worst diets out there.
4 ★ I like that it has several ideas for meals that you can pick & choose from to create your own 7-day plan. The combinations can be re-arranged to create weeks worth of options.

5 ★ I'm coming off a vegan diet due to extreme tiredness, and found this app has alot of answers I had about my next diet phase ( although if it works, it wont be a phase).
