App permissions

1 ★ This app sucks never works my number is being used my email is also being used yeah by me better off just calling and holding on for someone
1 ★ This was my 1st time using it. Ordered a cab at 10:08 the app the taxi was 4 minutes away, then it was 10 minutes away, then it was 6 minutes away then it was 19 minutes away. 25 minutes later I hailed a cab off the street.
1 ★ this app is ok when it works but when it doesn't work making me late to work or go to places
1 ★ first time I try the app and it doesnt even function! no way to test until u need a cab. fail.
1 ★ does not work. selected addresses in drop down. it told me they didnt exist and therefore i could not get a cab. it wouldnt let me ask for a cab untili entered a credit card. something is NOT right!
1 ★ It did not work. I couldn't schedule a pickup or add a payment. It was just frozen.
1 ★ App is always crashing, never finds a taxi, or takes 10 minutes to find one. Half the time they dont come after they've found me a ride

1 ★ The woman on the other end of my cab driver's two way radio was horribly mean and offensive. I got in a cab in center city around 5pm on 11/17. My driver was trying to get help with his computer screen and she dismissed him, leading to a good 5 minutes before he could figure it out himself. I listened to her degrade all the other drivers asking for her help throughout the ride. She was not delicate about accents and I felt bad for all drivers. So crazy. A stream of rudeness and anger. Really?
1 ★ The drivers are reckless, rude, and unprofessional. The prices are also a giant ripoff in comparison to Uber/Lyft. I just had a driver cut me off downtown, then cursed at me and flipped me off - because he wasn't happy about how I felt with him breaking the law while working. I reported him already - CAB NUMBER WP0614 - and hope he loses his job, seeing as he's in a van designed for people in wheelchairs. I wouldn't let them drive me if they paid me.
1 ★ I love the dispatchers for their customer service but for the love of God, please throw away the app. Most of the time that I request a cab through the app, the drivers cancel even when they are near my pickup location. It's as if they don't want to do the job. So in order to get a driver, the safest bet is to call by phone. Please get rid of the app.
1 ★ Worst cab company in Philadelphia they don't ever answer the phone no matter what time you call always on 20-30 minutes hold
5 ★ I like Get A Cab,there's no long wait.The drivers are nice.
