1 ★ The app, much like the rest of the company is useless. I've used it twice, (shame on me) since the first use was a resounding failure. I got stuck on DFW since they didn't bother to book my connection. The airline honored my printed receipt even though they had no record. The second time I used them I booked 2 tickets, I spent roughly 3 hours on the phone trying to talk to anyone. Eventually they answered and they wanted $900 dollars to change a tic. Delta only charged me $50. Criminals.
1 ★ As of right now I want nothing to do with cheap tickets. The app glitched and crashed multiple times over the course of 2-3 days while I was in the process of booking flights and hotels. I've had to use alternatives instead. I lost out on savings because of this issue, I spent hours trying to book, only to be given an error message saying that the flights were unavailable, which isn't the case since I checked elsewhere. Over a decade I've been a customer! I'm Beyond disappointed. FIX THIS.
1 ★ Uninstalling immediately. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Whenever you go to click on a highlighted CHEAPER ticket, the screen changes and the price only gets higher and higher
5 ★ I always make a reservation through Cheap Tickets every time I will travel from Colorado to Indonesia, Singapore and Australia to visit my children and grand children. You are awesome.
1 ★ Password reset doesn't work. checked spam and trash with no email to reset. tried multiple times.
3 ★ App did not allow me to save trips that were created with a different email. This requires extra input every time I want to look at my trip. 😞

1 ★ The app is not friendly user. When I was trying to log in with my credential it always telling a an error message saying Oops! Something went wrong just like there website when I was trying to cancell my flight. I booked a flight going to NYC from Mexico and they sent an email saying that the booking did not go through so I made a second booking and all of a sudden I recieved another email saying that the first one is confirmed. I had to cancell the first one but talking to an agent s impossible

5 ★ I really do enjoy this app. Very easy to plan my entire trips for vacations & hotels when friends come visit. A hotel double booked me, & cheaptickets called me a few hours before my friends arrive to inform me, but booked another hotel at a higher cost, at no additional cost to me. It was greatly appreciated & I loved the service. I will keep using this service due to that.
5 ★ awesome app, just a great experience all in all. Being able to find the perfect flight with awesomely cheap pricing is just what I needed with Flying being so expensive these days. But this app is just what people on a budget need when you have to go from one place to another. Out of all the other apps this one really is the best. I would highly recommend this app. the only thing I would say should be changed is to add paying for your baggage with the bill so you can pay for it all at once.
1 ★ Won't use again! We purchased insurance so we could cancel or change plans if needed but was told because it was round trip and we already flew one way we could not cancel the second half of our trip. Also they won't refund on car rentals either when returned days earlier. So three extra days of a car rental and 2 cross country plane tickets we paid for and lost out on.
1 ★ HORRIBLE customer service from the hotel I selected through the app. I was given a random reciept right after check in for a lower price than what I just paid online. Then given a double bed room( fake reciept as well as the app said I would get a king bed). The desk person couldnt give me eye contact/ didnt care. It was an even bigger disappointment trying get the refund with cheap ticket. "Don't worry Cheap Tickets, I got your message loud and clear. I will never use your services again!
