1 ★ the app and website really needs serious maintenance. I don't get how chatr can have a malfunctioning app&website but still be audacious enough to charge a processing fee to call. Do better for the money people pay for services. Response : If that works I'll take my review down.
1 ★ Doesn't work!! Just keeps telling me I have an invalid username and phone number then it sends a message that if I forgot my password it can send me one via text or phone call which it never does same thing every time!! The app gets stuck on stupid
1 ★ I've tested this app on 11 other androids, yet the app crashes upon launching. Very disappointed that only iPhone users have a stable release.
1 ★ This app doesn't work. It just loads and loads and gives me an error every time. I've never been able to access my account and I've reset my password half a dozen times. I want to give them money! I want to purchase more data! Useless.

1 ★ Worst app ever sometimes when you switch your plan it dont go though have to call them if you screw up your pin have to call them if it logs you out and you forget your password user name and go to forget password they dont text it back i would give this app a zero star review but it dont go that low used to be good but for the pass 3 months this apps been pissing me off
1 ★ Not working!! Tried many times.. It tells something is wrong.Please check back later. Forgot password is aldo of no help.. Keeps on loading.. Uninstallation and reinstallation didn't work!
1 ★ Why do you advertise it as 4g when you just supports the basic 3g speed of 3mbps. Like seriously? That's like a truckload of misinformation. Edit: I know. I am currently on Chatr LTE. Still its 3mbps. That's 3g speeds. LTE is technically 4g, but 3g speeds on 4g network? The only improvement is in the Ping. Come on guys :)
1 ★ Worst network and services ever, ask for the auto pay and they noted down wrong information, cut money from account and service is still zero. Worst
1 ★ Wish I can give this app a 0. I can't sign in and I can't change my password. Its telling me that my password/ phone number is invalid so I tried to change my password and I can't even do that. Worst app ever
1 ★ So far I've had to uninstall amd install this app I keep on getting errors and I need to get data plus but No avail so what next. I have to reinstall again b.s.

5 ★ Chatr is awesome in everyway i think anyways its cheap and you dont have to sign no stupid contract i love the no contract part whooo hooo and its easy to top up your phone.
2 ★ Have I installed a limited version? The app doesn't even know I have data.. Seems to know I have minutes, but cannot tell me how many left... Useless. Suggested uninstall / reinstall back are of no use either...
